Visitors to Les Puces de Saint-Ouen enjoy its bars, and if you want to do some exploring, Saint-Ouen Flea Market is worth a stop.
While Zone d'aménagement concerté des Docks may not have many sights to explore, venturing just a little farther will lead you to top things to see and do like La Machine du Moulin Rouge and Stade de France.

Great flea market and a couple of nice restaurants

Good friendly hotel
Location is about a 5 minute walk from the metro (#13). Near restaurants, grocery and cafes. Neighborhood was pretty nice during the day but went around on Friday night and didn't feel the safest, especially on the side streets.
