Amazing view. Gorgeous room, though not recently renovated and a bit on the pricey side. Comfortable bed and amenities, i would definitely go again. Couldn’t reach them to save my life before my stay but once we got there the service was really good.
There is a pass through to the Auberge, pool, restaurant, bistro, etc which is handy in the winter.
We had a great time there doing all sorts of water activities. The bed/mattress is just awful. Every day we woke up with sort back which made our sleeping really uncomfortable at all.
The area is beatiful with lots of activities to do.
In terms if cleanliness, the room were okay, but it had a strong cigarette smell. When I advised the staff, it didn’t seem to bother them too much.
There are 2 restaurants on site, one needs reservations. The staff is nice, the athmostpgere is good, but the food definetely needs improvement or at least make it cheaper.
We love to go there by snowmobile every winter. It is easily accessible by the snow trail and they have a gaz station as well.
The place is beautiful and rustic with a great restaurant, pub, spa, pool, ect…
I totally recommend this place
Minor issues …. the ping pong table and equipment were broken, air hockey table is broken , basketball hoop is broken. The weather was pretty miserable during our stay … it would have been nice if those items and activities were in better condition. The bistro buffet was not good …. the food needs some work. I would open a food concession and a small grocery store on site for convenience… it is quite a long haul into the village for food a supplies .
Fabulous experience staying at the condos. They are well equipped, located a few minutes walk from all the amenities. The beach was beautiful, the activities plentiful and the staff was great. I would recommend a minimum 3 night stay.
Pros: Nice property, lots of activities to choose from (some included in your resort fee), good food at the Red Deer restaurant and beautiful rooms.
Cons: Beds are not too confortable, unless you prefer a soft mattress, and pillows need replacement. Availability is limited at the Red Deer restaurant and the alternative (The Bistro) is average.
Overall, it was a good experience.
Terrible service and check-in. Should be an high end place, but no enforcement on regular policies such as smoking and noise. Filled with scum looking to party all night, making challenging to sleep and relax. Management is terrible. To avoid.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
resort was excellent, service was great BUT the supper buffet was very underwhelming. food was not that tasty and they had no vegetarien options (for my partner). breakfast buffet was awsome.
The condo was clean and spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The resort was beautifully situated on Lake Taureau and close to snowmobiling trails. We were surprised that we had an unexpected additional $100 added to our bill for “amenities” (pool, tubing, etc) which we hadn’t planned to use and added taxes which were not noted on our original reservation. Also, dining options are limited to 2 “reservation only” restaurants.
Overall ok, but they should tell us that everything is closed for fall (no activity on the lake), spa was full and Wifi didn't work. Room was quiet and relaxing, bed was not really confortable. Kitchen was great and everything was there for us to use.
