Very close to airport with a great shuttle service. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. A short cab or long walk to beach. Pool area very nice. Would recommend!

The owners are good people. I stay here for 3 weeks and honestly you are treated like family. Pool great especially if you are on ground floor , balcony goes straight into pool. You can take motorbike from hotel and not far from everything 😃😃

My husband and I were going to stay one night but instead we stayed four nights. It was walkable to the beach. The room was very clean and owners were wonderful, treated you like family. They provided everything we needed. We would stay again.

Lovely hotel nice owners that help us I lot which include free transportation to airport which was nice also lovely big pool also 10 mins walk to beech and loads of bars and restaurants stay here for 3 days on way back from touring the island

I was greeted by the owner as if she was expecting family. Spacious room, tidy and clean. >> 7 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, etc. >> 4 minute walk to little town (market).

This is a family friendly little place with a nice swimming pool, and excellent staff. Very helpful for what ever you might need . Very convenient, to the beach , airport, everything. I will stay here again when I’m in the area. Very affordable.

Wonderful experience all around. The proprietors and their children are welcoming and helpful as are all their staff! Other visitors are a joy to meet and talk with. Beach is a short walk. I highly recommend!!!

A convenient hotel close to the airport
I chose this hotel due to its convenient location close to the airport the night before returning to the UK on an early flight. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the hotel clean, bright and airy. The swimming pool was a welcome relief and a nice way to spend a couple of hours in the afternoon before a 10 minute walk to the beach area for dinner at a beach side restaurant and a final foot massage. The hotel provides free courtesy transport to the airport which was a short 5 minute drive from the hotel.

Perfect overnight stay
Very accommodating. Picked us up at the airport at 3am with a smile. Woke up to their beautiful warm pool. Easy place to relax before or after a flight.

Good pool and close to airport
Stayed here for 2 nights. Close to restaurants and the beach. Enjoyed the pool. I booked this hotel because it had an airport pickup, unfortunately the hotel shuttle wasn’t at the airport and we had to pay for a taxi.

Very nice staff people. Owner very helpful giving us details of roads and how to get where we were heading. Rooms are clean. Only downside I found was breakfast.

Was staying here during transit. Rooms are big and clean, small hotel, not many people staying there, so it's quiet. Beach with shops and cafes is a 5 min walk from hotel, its also 5mins drive from airport to the hotel (free airport shuttle). Staff is friendly and helpful, tho they hardly speak English. I arrived earlier than the check-in time and staff was happy to pick me up and check-in few hours earlier. Late check-out is available as well. Breakfast is 200baht. Perfect place to stay for a few nights if you are on transit.

Nice place close to the Airport!!!
We stayed here because we were tired and didn't want to drive down to Patong on the night time. They offer pick up service from the hotel, which was wonderful, specially after two airplane flights. We were starving and there are not many places to eat that are walking distance from the hotel, however, they have a restaurant and a great menu. The food is amazing, I had one the best coconut soup (tom Kha Gai) of my life. The room is clean and big, quiet, and it has all the amenities, including a very nice pool. The hotel is simple, but had everything that we need. We were very pleased with this place.

Nice little hotel
The staff and owners at Nai Yang Sonwa are lovely and are diligent about looking after you. Great food, service and free airport transfer at a time to suit you. Nice, clean rooms and lovely pool. However, be aware that ground floor rooms have little privacy as they look out onto pool and people sit outside and walk past your glass sliding door, often looking in. Upstairs would be much more private.

Great place to stay.
Had 8 nights here after 2 week train travel from Singapore and Malaysia. Great place to stay and relax, 10 min. walk to beach. 5 min. drive to airport. Family owned 20 room complex with big rooms, A/C, nice pool and great food - the best I have had in Thailand.

Too old to party at Patong? You'll love Nai Yang
This hotel is not as glamorous as the big beachfront hotels but it does make up for it in price. It is clean. They will shuttle you go the airport for free. It is very close to the airport while still being near the beach. The walk to the beach is 10 minutes. Once there you will find everything you could want ie: ATM, restaurants, bars, beaches, taxis, tuk tuks, national park, massage, souvenirs, pharmacy, street food, coral reef, tour boats....

Good Value Pleasant Staff
We booked this room for a quick stop over. Initially expected to arrive after midnight and depart early a.m. Due to flight changes, it ended up being longer. Weigh in what you are paying and keep your expectations in line with that. You will be find the staff pleasant, efficient and more than willing. Room clean, Internet reliable. Good value:) Airport transfer was a bonus, again quick an efficient. Remember you are not booking 5 star! The review is based on the booking price and level of service one should expect for the star level.

You get what you pay for. Location is ok, pretty close to the night market which is definitely worth a visit. Hotel is clean, however welcome wasn't great. We had booked a 3 bedded room, however on arrival we had to assist in getting a fold up single bed squeezed into the corner of our room. Night staff were very friendly.

Good cheap place
very nice hotel, but a bit out of the way to find. besides that, about a 10 minute walk to beach, nice large room with all the usual gear, very friendly hosts, good food and a lovely pool. all rooms have a balcony and ground floor walk straight out of room to pool. A big plus, don't let your initial outlook of the hotel put you off, it is very nice. And at around $30 a night very inexpensive and close to airport, with free airport drop off and pick up.
