The property is located near to the Santa Claus Village so you can easily walk there. The restaurant is offering nice food options and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. Overall it was a very nice stay

We booked here thinking it was more remote than it actually was. It's on the same complex as Santa Claus Village which was a surprise. The hotel was very good though. We had a cottage which was clean and spacious with a private sauna. The only disappointing thing was that there were no music channels on the TV, v limited channels when you want to stay in and relax. The breakfast was great and all staff friendly and helpful. Recommended.

This hotel and room is beautiful, however it is not ideal if you want to see the northern lights, because it is inside Santa Claus Village and they keep lights on 24/7. You will only see the aurora if there are zero clouds and they are very strong in the sky. If it is cloudy you’ll see the reflection of the light pollution in the village. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. The amenities in the room are great, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is very professional and nice.

Beautiful rooms, nice breakfast and dinner, well located. Rooms were a bit warm and didn't seem to be adjustable. Stairs have an automatic motion sensor that can't be disabled (unless blocked with a ladder) so beware if you have children sleeping there. Kindly provided an extra roll away bed for a 2nd child. Don't expect to see northern lights from the room unless they're very strong as there are lights nearby - should be viewable after a short walk - unfortunately not during our visit.

Stay here for 3 nights. Loved the in-room saunas, location and the staff was friendly and helpful. A couple of things. There are no thermostats in the rooms and the temperature is kept quite warm. If you are a hot sleeper, this could be a problem.

One of the next hotels I have stayed in so far. The wooden house was very cute and clean. It’s double-decked and super spacious. The staff were very friendly, particularly a male staff who speaks Cantonese who introduced our room to us patiently. One bad thing is the la k of autograph alarm.

NovaSkyland is so nice inside and out and only steps away from Santa Claus village ! I liked the two story unit and idea of a bed on the upper and lower floors and two independent bathrooms. In-room sauna is a winner !!! And the thoughtfulness of preparing sandwiches for early checkouts is great !

The perfect chalet style property and located right in the heart of the village pretty much. Excellent fireplace and the area has wonderful trails and activities as well. Very very pleased.

We totally loved the cozy, new & contemporary decor of the suite, the stunning views of the surroundings from the skylight windows, and having our own sauna in our suite. The location was perfect, within 5min drive to airport, 10min drive to Rovaniemi city and right next to Santa Village. Parking was super easy and free. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was tasty, plenty. We enjoyed saying hello to the 2 resident reindeers every day which were outside the reception /restaurant area. The hotel was surrounded by beautiful forest and snow and it was just magical to be able to walk around and enjoy nature. We would love to come back again soon!
