I hope we offered you to change the igloo since there was some issues with the igloo glass heating. There must have been some miscommunication about seeing the Northern Lights. We keep a log and we reported seeing the Lights and ringing the alarm 5 nights in a row in the beginning on Dec 2021. I hope we are able to give you another chance one day!
