Very easy to get to and good parking options. (We found free street parking around the building but there is also a parking garage). The room was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Great breakfast ( added cost). We walked to downtown Rouen as well as good dinner options along the Seine.

A beautiful, modern, spacious room & bathroom. Small kitchenette was very useful. Delightful front desk staff. 24 hours service. Very helpful. Easy to reach by car and great, safe underground carpark. We walked into the city from here along the canal. We opted for the hotel breakfast. Fantastic selection including eggs! Good TV including BBC channel. Very happy with our choice

Really lovely! I loved the sink by the coffee making facilities and the separate sinks in the toilet and bathroom. Everything was thought out. I’d definitely stay there again.

Great hotel. Recommended.
Perfect place to stay for a few nights iN Rouen or as an overnight stop when heading to the Vendee or Charente-Maritime. We have stayed a few times. The secure car park provides peace of mind. You dont need to empty your car if you Fe just passing tbrough. I would suggest a few tea bags, sachets of Coffee, and some milk would no amiss. The fridge kettle etc are a bit pointless without mugs etc. But hey.

The rooms were clean and already set up for the family. Having 2 neighbouring rooms allocated was very useful with 4 kids. Breakfast had something for everyone. In walking distance of the old town made it a great location.

The hotel was good, room was spacious and beds were confortable. The only real improvement can be in the bathroom, the toilet was in another room in respect to the shower/tube that was in another part of the room, honestly not the best

Room was perfect for a family of four. Room was very comfortable and being able to partition off one part of the room was very useful when getting a young child to bed. Breakfast also very nice.

This property was in a good location to central Ruben right by the river with limited parking at the hotel itself. Breakfast a little bit expensive, but if you walk into town has plenty of Cafes to grab something to eat. Chicken, staff, friendly and dealt with our queries, swiftly and professionally. We had a room for two adults and two children, which was large and spacious and clean setting would recommend on my return again.

Rouen stopover
This hotel suited our family well for an overnight stopover while on way to Calais from further south. Family room/suite was good and we were able to walk to the old town for dinner.

Two day stop over to break up return home. Hotel was good, breakfast was a good continental buffet. Staff very friendly. If you are carrying a roof load you may not get into the car park, height restriction of 2m but free parking next to the hotel

Great stay and nice locatio
Lovely air conditioned suite with underground parking for our fully packed car on the way home from our camping holiday. Waterfront bars and restaurants on the Seine are just a 5 min walk away.

Back home via Rouen
We always stay at this Novotel hotel on the way back through France to the UK.we always get a Family a suite which are excellent rooms for a family of 3 or 4. However on this occasion the room smelt of stale cigarette smoke and despite the best efforts of the staff they could not remove the smell. We were offered a round of drinks from the bar and a free breakfast to compensate. No other complaints

The hotel is great and so is the location. The only worry was the parking as the car park was full when we arrived and we had to park a 10 minute walk from the hotel but found one around the corner later in the evening.
