We had a pleasant stay at Premiere Suites. The suite is spacious and clean. Although we didn't use the kitchen, I saw that it has the basic things. There is a laundry room in each floor with 3 washers and 2 dryers. Laundry detergent is also provided. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay - great location (walkable on the edge of the city centre and right opposite Centraal station and convenient for trams and metro), very clean apartment. Only thing I'd flag is not enough hooks in the bathroom - please add more!

Premier Suites Plus is easy assessable, just opposite to Rotterdam Centraal Station. The receptionists are polite, the room size is big and comfort. Recommend to everyone!

We did a BeNeLux trip with my husband, and this hotel was by far our favorite! The suits were very spacious. Easy to reach most places in the city by foot or bike. Laundry room was the only let down: was very hot, and clothes was not drying in the dryer, but it was free and an unexpected bonus anyway. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The lobby has great coffee and tea selection too. Would definitively recommend this place to friends.

This hotel is amazing ❤️ I stayed in Rotterdam for a few days but was at a different hotel at one point that was nice but I so wish I would’ve picked the premier suite hotel first. They are so welcoming and nice, I had Laura check me and she was super sweet which I appreciated & loved being in a foreign country & all. The lobby is so comfortable and inviting and the rooms were perfect, it was like having your own apartment than a actual hotel it gave home comfortable vibes. It was so comfortable and clean. I really loved that they had a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, utensils, plates, cups it was nothing like I’ve experienced before! The space was great big closet with hairdryer and ironing board very eco-friendly I had the best time there and will definitely book with them for sure again, I highly recommend it !!!

The room is spacious and clean. Property is where all tenants need keycard to access elevators and front door is locked at night. Wonderful coffee machine complementary which is one thing I enjoy every morning there. Train station is right across the street.

We were urgently looking for somewhere to stay as we were not comfortable at our previous stay. Premier Suite Rotterdam exceeded our expectations! Our view was beautiful, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and having access to the free laundry room made the one night stay the best we've had so far. The staff were extremely friendly and was even contactable via whatsapp! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Good but could be better.
The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was clean when we arrived. They were short staffed but the staff they had was very friendly. We put the sign out our door for garbage pickup and it never happened, almost every day there was an issue with the parking ticket, and they just didn’t seem to have enough people to keep up with the clientele.

Fantastic overnight stay in a fantastic city
The apartment suite was wonderful. The view from the room was amazing and unexpected, so it was a lovely, most welcome surprise. We were unable to checkin early but were able to leave our luggage whilst we explored for a few hours. The staff were friendly and happy to answer our questions. Our suite was very clean and spacious. Couldn't hear much noise from other rooms on our floor or from above or below. We were on the 8th floor and couldn't hear too much noise from the roads below either. The bed and sofabed were very comfortable and the family had a great night's sleep. Other than the kettle and Nespresso machine, we didn't really use the kitchenette much. Everything seemed to be available though. We thoroughly enjoyed this property and would most definitely stay here in again to visit this fantastic, vibrant city.

Great location and staff were very friendly and informative. The one area that has to be addressed and imparoved on is parking. Upon booking the client should be told how to locate the parking garage.
