We liked the alien theme and the free breakfast, which an awesome setup! We liked the coffee in thr room, and the fridge. We liked everything about the room actually. The 2 minor problems were the channels had to be changed at the set
because the remote most likely needed batteries. Also, the removable shower head kept falling off due to a bent spot where it holds

No hot water in the entire hotel, all rooms, breakfast area. Brand new palletized 150 gallon hot water tank at entrance of hotel! Horrible service, lied to customers…..

Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Plumbing issues made it smell like a sewer in the hall room. Sink stopper did not work properly.
room had a bad smell walls and carpet very dirty could not take a hot shower the water would barely even get warm. The hallways going to the room are also very dirty was not what we were expecting for this motel we would not recommend and will not be staying at this particular one anymore
No one cleaned our room for three nights. Dishes were dirty. No one offered clean towels. The key for the door was bad had to do it multiple times and had to reprogram them. No bath matt for the tub. Breakfast was good plenty of food. Nice pool and spa area.
They over charged me ontop of what i paid through expedia

The outside access door does not work. This was important information that should have been mentioned upon check-in. We dragged our bags to a door that doesn't open and then around to the front of the building. Check in person said she gave me the wrong keys. Took back the keys for a third floor room and we were given keys for 206. The room was sort of ready. NO shampoo, there were tea bags, coffee pods, coffee lids but NO cups. Fortunately the room was quiet and the property is centrally located. Details are important.
Staff was very nice. Room was clean for most part. There was a make up stain on the bottom corner of the comforter and the shower handle is missing the screw so when you move it falls completely off if not careful. But over all not a bad hotel. For the cost I’d stay again
We stayed 4 days at this hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly, our rooms were clean and smelled clean. The hotel itself smelled cleaned and was nice and clean over all. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Shower head and faucet I poor working conditions caulking around faucet to hold up poor water pressure.
Personally not enough personal hygiene towels.

Property was nice. Nothing fancy. The rooms are big and had a microwave and fridge. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. They even have an alien pancake maker which was neat. The staff need to work on being more professional but other than that we had a nice time.

Everything was excellent except the difficult wifi and the door key readers were causing several people problems. Great price good location no and average breakfast.
Room key didn't work, shower water pressure was poor, room dirty, stains on walls, carpet had not been vacuumed completely clean, elevator didn't work one day.

I had no water pressure to shower. The front desk staff never answered the phone. I had a king apartment for 2 days with 1 small trash can in the bathroom. I work nights at the hospital and while I was trying to sleeping the people over me sounded like they were going to fall through the ceiling children must have been jumping I notified the staff of my issues in person they never offered to fix them

Our toliet did not flush, not enough pressure or something. Our room smelled like old mildew. Beds sheets were stained, sofas had old sheets over them to cover up how old the furniture is. The pool was so smelly. This was the worse hotel we have ever stayed at.
