The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is superb - - a few minutes away (walk) from the Roskilde Station and you can start your shopping experience the moment you step out from the hotel. The room is rather old and has no air-conditioner.

It was very nice except they stuck us on the third floor in the old section with no elevator. The room was to warm. Room was clean but no water pressure to shower in the morning

We are sorry that your stay did not live up to expectations. I think it's a nice old hotel with good staff, but admit that some of our rooms are worn. Which we of course are working on getting renovated, but as the building is listed, it is unfortunately a slow process.

A well-located hotel on the main shopping street, 8 minutes walk from the train station. Other Danish hotels all offered me free early check-in, but Zleep wanted to charge 100DKK for that service. There was only one bath towel qnd one face towel- all other hotels offer two sets, and no small soaps (only squeeze gel soap in shower). No safe in room, and breakfast (extra) was fair and mostly in the fridge, not laid out on the counter.

Great location and friendly staff. Common areas are well maintained and modern. Beds are comfortable and have good storage. Bathroom facilities in need of an upgrade (dated amenities, old shower curtains and baths with showers over the top and poor water pressure). Overall an enjoyable stay and I would return.

Roskilde is a lovely city and well worth visiting. Two night stay at Zleep Hotel Prindsen; accommodation and location were good. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Did not dine at the hotel so cannot comment on menu. Occupied a room overlooking the courtyard/guest entrance where noise levels were fine on the Friday night. However, music from a wedding reception on the Saturday night was very loud and continued well after midnight resulting in very little sleep. Given that hotel reservation was made 6-7 weeks in advance it might have been nice to have been forewarned, and the possibility of a quieter room explored (subject to availability).

The reception does their best to allocate reservations that are not part of weddings and parties away from the ballrooms, unfortunately we sometimes see that participants of parties and weddings book individually, which makes it difficult to take into account the hotel's other guests. The ballrooms and the restaurant are both independent and not operated by Zleep Hotels, so unfortunately we are not able to compare their data with ours. We enjoyed our stay in Roskilde. The room was quiet with proper light blocking shades. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel is on a pedestrian street with lots of shopping and restaurants, easy walking from the train station and tourist sights.

Nice little hotel, conveniently located and friendly service. Would have liked to have a bath mat and a kettle in the room, and the stairs weren't cleaned very well (blobs of food in the corner). Nonethless, we had a fine stay and would stay there again. Thank-you!

Waited 45 mins to get checked in, then eventually was given a room that wasn’t cleaned from previous people, hotel is very very old, and then in the morning when trying to find someone to help with ordering a taxi not a single staff member to be found, had to walk up the street with my bags to a shop to get assistance.

i got a parking ticket when i wore checking in to the hotel no one in the reception told me that i have to register the car at the desk . and when people are coming to your hotel you should ask them if they are on a car and you should tell them they have to register the car and i have not heard anything from the hotel...

We are a city hotel and the parking lot is not owned by Zleep Hotels. Our guest can park at the parking lot if they register for free. hair everywhere in the bathroom. wall power spots not working. no tea/coffee in rooms. no telephone in rooms. automated machine for check in at the reception, takes at least 30min to go through all questions and to find right buttons. I do not understand why hotel needs to know my birth date. they charge extra for breakfast on top of high prices.

Gorgeous hotel right down town. Very slight problem - for me - with the fully automated check-in process, but was immediately helped by the staff. We LOVED this charming hotel.

Our room was VERY noisy! We had to close the window at night because of other guests sitting outside and drinking and shouting. We had little sleep which is not funny when the hotel is marketed on its relaxing atmosphere and is called ZLEEP. We complained but were told that if we found it too much we should go downstairs and talk to the night porter. At 1 am? We shall never stay there again.

Hotel located in the center of Roskilde. The exterior and lobby are very nice. At check-in we were told that we received a Junior Suite. In the US, a Junior Suite implies a room with a separate seating area from the bedroom. This is not the case. Our room was on the top floor and had a double bed, a cot for our son, a desk and two chairs all in one room. The bathroom was tiny and smelled horrible, probably from the shower drain or the mildew carpet due to the shower constantly flooding the bathroom. We had one small window which we opened to help ventilate the room. Turning on the shower immediately created a watery mess, so beware. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel. Instead we went to the bakery for delicious pastries and coffee. Parking is behind the building and easy to find. Just make sure you register your vehicle when you check-in.
