Great hostel in a great location close to the train station and major sites, but not too close when it could be crazy noisy. The front desk team is going professional, really cared about my needs and made sure I had a great stay. I also loved the activities like a walking tour and a cooking class.

Easy to reach from the main train station, but far enough away not to be hassled by the train station derelicts. Accommodating and knowledgeable staff. Very clean. Comfortable bed.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, gave me good recommendations and was always on hand to help. Location to the Roma Termini was close, walkable or you can hop on a metro line if you have a lot of luggage. Would stay here next time!

1. Good location. walkable for trevi fountain. close to rome train station 2. Rooms are clean and top notch. Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are clean 3. Has a kitchen and allows you to cook

The guided tour by Pedro has been the highlight of my trip. He built a passionate story with his tour and I loved every second of it even if I was jet lagged. His tour has made my expectations so high, no other tour has come close to it yet!! All my hostel mates were really respectful and courteous. The staff were nice and it felt safe. I would definitely recommend it

The best hostel to make friends for life. The group activities are the best. I highly recommend this hostel to anybody. It’s walking distance to every tourist attraction. The staff are very friendly and it is just a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were great. The major negative was that they didn’t have any TV channels in English. Considering the number of guest who do not speak Italian, this was surprising.

This hotel is a new property that was clean, well located within walking distance to many attractions and more importantly the Rome train station, which was key while walking with luggage. The desk staff was great. We had breakfast included with our reservation and it was very good.

The bedding was reasonably comfortable (a little droopy in the middle) but one person coming in late and opening the curtains and turning the AC on high (large guy) meant two of slept poorly, woke with cold fingers and feet. I left at the break of dawn to warm up. Should bring a lock and towel. Close to train / bus station.

Great hotel, great location, clean and comfortable
Great hotel short walk from train station, easy to find even in the dark and friendly staff on arrival. We had a triple room which was large, very clean and comfortable. All the hotel areas were clean with lots of amenities for everyone to use. They also have activities on daily, we went on a walking tour with Pedro (Saturday) which was free (we did tip) and brilliant, he took us round the sights and was really enthusiastic and made us look at the city through different eyes for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was good apart from on our last day when we went down an hour before it finished and there was no hot food or croissants left and they didn’t get replenished even though lots of others came in after us. The hotel is in a great location for walking to all the sights. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Not our typical choice of accommodation but we needed somewhere that was close to the railway station as well as allowing us easy access to the main sights of Rome over the course of a day. RomeHello did the job for us and did it well! Spacious, comfortable and well equipped room for a family of 4. The areas of the property we saw were spotless, staff were friendly and we enjoyed a good breakfast.

Such a great place to stay, very up to date. They have air conditioning. As well as very clean, great staff, and a fun place to stay. Lots of stores nearby. Not a hostel don’t be fooled by the name it’s a hotel.

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel and is an excellent option for travellers of all ages! Our family loved it and, though we didn't have time to join, we thought the activities they provided were very cool too. There's a great restaurant downstairs that's very affordable and the staff are all enthusiastic and friendly. We especially appreciated small touches like having a sink outside of the bathroom and having hooks for towels near the beds. Everything was extremely well thought out and we loved it!

Fabulous, really helpful staff that worked to build a sense of community through walking tours and cooking classes. Very clean rooms and facilities. Great location. Easy walks to Termini, Rome’s main train station, the opera house, and major bus lines to other parts of the city. Buffet breakfast had lots of options, but the hot food such as scrambled eggs and beans were lukewarm in temperature. Would definitely, and gladly, stay there again!!

Very nice, can see why it’s so highly rated. Events thrown & overall friendly community make it very easy to socialize and make friends. Only complaint (Not hostels fault probably) but other roommates don’t seem to care for restroom conditions which you have to share - dirty floors often, one girl in the 2nd floor room’s alarm went off multiple times, waking everyone up.

My experience was pretty good! Everything was organized and clean. People come to clean the bathrooms pretty often. Taxi service was called when I went to the airport. Front desk staff was very friendly and they hosted different events for people to meet.
