It was A great Place, We really enjoyed our stay and felt Welcomed. Great Staff, Great location for people who love to walk. Everything is in distance from 5 min to 30 min walking distance. I will come back for sure!

We (37F and 41M) really enjoyed the location, how friendly the staff were and how clean the room was. Two things that stood out. 1.the room we got (502) was super small for two people. We would have to Tetris ourselves to move around. 2. If you arrive after reception hours 4pm then you might struggle with the virtual door unlock/lock system. So be sure to ask the front desk to leave you the proper instructions or look for a welcome envelope at the reception desk.

No dislikes. Staff notably Asg were extremely helpful in all ways. We were meeting friends from U.K. and they were allowed to visit us and have breakfast with us. Excellent position for amenities for visitors.

Amazing location in central Rome, easily walkable to all of the major attractions and countless dining options, clean and quiet room, friendly and helpful staff. The staff is only there from 8:00-4:00, so I didn't see them much. The only slight negative of our entire stay was the slightly confusing room access system, but they answered the phone after hours when we arrived on hte first night and were very helpful walking us through how to use it.

Just completed a 10 day trip to Italy and Relais Guilia is one of the prettiest hotels we stayed at. It's a small romantic hotel that is close to all of the attractions. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They totally go out of their way to give you advice on restaurants and places to go.

The most wonderful part of this hotel is the staff. Friendly, and very helpful. The room was impeccable and the location is so nice, close to a lot and very quiet. I will stay here again when I come to Rome!!

It is a very friendly et a small hotel. Close to the Vatican and hop on hop off buss. The staff is very competent and helfull. And a nice restaurant at a waking distance. I would return and recommend it!!!

Husband and I stayed here for 4 nights, and it was fantastic! Can’t beat this location! Only a 10 minute walk to Trastevere which had lots of great restaurants; walkable to the big attractions. Very safe and very quiet location. Room was large and even had a jacuzzi tub. Would recommend staying here!

Awesome staff, great location to go to Travestere neighborhood, hop on-hop off bus stop and it’s a quiet street with a TON of cool history. Room was clean and pretty. AC wasn’t super powerful and had to ask for an iron as they don’t just come with each room. Overall it’s a great hotel.

Great one night stay, far better than expected!
We only stayed for 1 night, but from arrival, after an issue with a taxi driver trying to charge too much, Ash behind reception helped us challenge the driver and we got the fare reduced. He was a lovely guy and really helpful to sort restaurants taxis etc. The hotel itself is small, but beautiful with its boutique layout and appearance. The location is down a quiet street, but not far from many of the main Rome sites, and a five minute walk from plenty of great looking restaurants. I would highly recommend the hotel for location, quality and friendliness.

A well situated and lovely hotel. Really helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable, efficient and welcoming. They were happy to help with anything we needed including a pre check in baggage drop off and post check out as well so we could maximise our stay in Rome. We stayed here for two days ending our trip around Italy. We were greeted by Jonathan that made us feel very welcomed with his attitude and service. We thank him for making us laugh (we were exhausted ). If you can splurge for the Paolo Suite with the balcony. We walked in and were amazed by the beautiful wood ceiling and comfy bed and bathroom w jacuzzi jets. Just what we needed to soak our achy bones . We later came back and sat on our balcony and had some drinks. I slept like a king. We loved the area with many restaurants and shops nearby. They even provided the service back to the airport so it was easy to leave . Wonderful experience.

Lovely hotel to explore Rome
Lovely hotel and fabulous room. The virtual door lock took us some attempts to get correct, but we got there in the end. Very clean and great location - we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Only improvement for us would have been to have the tea/coffee restocked each day!

We loved our stay!! The hotel staff is excellent. They helped us coordinate hotel pick up and drop off. They were also very friendly. We stayed in a suite and it was perfect for the two of us. The staff decorated the inside of the room with holiday decoration which was so cute and welcoming. The room was super cozy and warmed up really quickly despite it being really cold outside. The location is a 15-20 minute walk from most tourist attractions. Also very close to cafes and restaurants. I’m so glad we stayed here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay that’s still close to tourist locations.
