We got to the address and met the gentlemen who showed us to our place who was very nice. I did not know it was not in the same location and we walked two blocks to it. You will need to carry your bags up one flight of stairs. Spanish Steps are right there and god location for sights and shops. We needed to leave our bags between checking into another hotel we had booked and were told to drop them at reception with the keys. When we got there no one was there and did not feel comfortable leaving our bags there with no one to watch them. We had to bring them to my sons hotel to watch them for us. If we did not have that option available to us we would not have been able to go on our tour that was booked.

Eric & staff were so helpful and friendly! They arranged transport for us from the airport- it was excellent to get into a nice clean car after a long flight and get to the hotel! We got there before check in time and they were able to store our bags while we explored the heart of Rome! So many landmarks within a short stroll! Location was excellent!! They also gave us a voucher for a complimentary drink (wine) at the attached restaurant Le Bistro. There are steep stairs - they helped us with bags but if anyone has trouble with stairs keep this in mind. We loved this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Excellent service, just fantastic rooms!
The location was great for our short stay at the end of our Italy trip, the night's leading up to heading back to the States. Walking distance to a lot of touristy things we left for this side of the trip and did not disappoint. Breakfast was abundant, service was accommodating and the rooms were amazing. I believe there were 5 rooms in the townhouse but did not feel crammed. Over all a great place and would absolutely recommend for couples or single travelers.

Jewel near the Spanish Steps
Had a wonderful stay. Great bathroom and air conditioning! We had a view of the street below which was fun! Beware! There are very steep stairs to get up to the reception and more to get up to your room. There is no one to help with bags and the reception closes in the evening so no one to help arrange cabs after they leave or before they arrive in the morning. It is a very small, 5 room house but they offer a self-serve coffee and alcohol bar with biscotti which is heaven sent after a long day of sight seeing! Highly recommend it this little jewel in the Spanish Steps neighborhood!

Perfect!
Fantastic location. Warm welcome. Lovely friendly, helpful staff - Silvia, Sara, Eric all brilliant. Super room (101) and a jacuzzi bath. Sky TV. What's not to like? Maybe the chocolate pastries - just too tempting! Would totally recommend.

Best staff but not a nice hotel
Staff is amazing and very helpful and friendly !! However The hotel does not even have a kettle in the room, hotel is so small , we have to sit very tight for breakfast . our room is just right of the reception so you could hear everything and the sound from the next room as well. Hotel is in a good location but it is at a back of street and it does not look like hotel at all. For what we paid I would expect a much better hotel. I am amazed how they have a such high score for the hotel condition and I am guessing it is because they have such nice staff.

Exceptional location and friendliness of the staff. The room was exactly as described and was immaculately clean with great attention to detail, meeting the term "Luxury" in the name. The size of the room, ours, was not very big, but as described, and the the design is very efficient: I would highly recommend the room for single and couples: however, it may not be ideal for those traveling with young children depending on the behavior of the children. The images I included are from about 50 feet/15 meters from the front door and the steps which are about 300 feet/90 meters away. Just book it, and you will find great enjoyment in your Roman "Spanish Step" adventure.

Good location
Massimo was very welcoming and informative. Hotel’s location is superb. the hotel had no elevators so we had a hard time moving our luggage. Breakfast was okay.

Perfect location, wonderful rooms, amazing staff
The location was perfect for our travels and the room was ideal. We were right in the middle of all the popular destinations in Rome but the street also felt very private and comfortable. The staff at the hotel were amazing, we would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our stay at Les Fleurs was amazing. Location.. Perfect. Hotel perfect. Our host Massimo was exceptional and took time to get to know us and provide absolutely exceptional and personalized service. We even enjoyed a nice bottle of wine with him one evening which he had kindly left in our room. This place is fantastic! Thanks to Massimo and all the staff at Les Fleurs!

Well located hotel with lovely staff
Hotel is located right in the Spanish steps area with wonderful shopping options. Easy walk to most sites. Highly recommend. Eric and Massimo are lovely hosts!

Just Perfect
A lovely small boutique hotel right in the centre of Rome. Perfect for the City Break we were on. Staff extremely helpful. Can't recommend highly enough! Enjoy!

Best Hotel Ever!
This was the best hotel stay of my life! Adelita and staff were so very kind, warm and welcoming. Breakfast was truly the best meal of the day. The room and bathroom were so very comfortable and well stocked with all the amenities. AC was a delight! Coffee, tea, drinks (including adult beverages) and snacks are available 24 X 7. The hotel is so well situated by the Spanish Steps - walking distance to all major sites. Nothing is too difficult. I only hope that I can go back again soon and enjoy their hospitality.

A great location in Rome central and close to every thing .. At first we missed finding the non descript door and entrance as it is low key ....we stayed for two days and had lovely breakfasts delivered to our room . The hotel room was superclean and all you need ...we loved the great staff ..bottom line is that we would definitely stay there again

Great hotel, remember the local tax
Great Hotel tucked away in lovely location. I would definitely go there again. I would make sure to get a lesson in working the air conditioning though, I arrived late and did not and suffered for it. The only other thing I'd mention is even if you book and pay via hotels.com, you still have to pay a local tax in cash. I wasn't aware of this and although it wasn't alot of money, I was still shocked that I had to pay, as I thought I had paid in full. The gentleman who stayed up and welcomed me, was great and I appreciated that he did this. I would definitely stay here again

Exceptional service from a staff that is second to none. Eric kept breakfast open for us when we overslept, and he and his colleagues cheerfully attended to our every request. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, and the property is in the best location in town. We will return!

Wonderful place to stay
Great location right by the Spanish Steps, with the rest of Rome's attractions wishing easy walking distance. We arrived early and the staff accommodated us as if it was no trouble at all. Wonderful customer service and everything is always tidy and comfy. Great beds too!!

Ottima Struttura, in una traversa di via Condotti; Ho apprezzato davvero tutto, camera spaziosa con letto comodo, bagno con doccia spaziosa e fantastica vasca idromassaggio, finestre che isolano bene per la zona in cui si trova la stanza; Check-in e Check-out molto veloci... se vogliamo trovare proprio il pelo nell'uovo, il bidet non è molto pratico datochè la gamba destra non ci entra perchè c'è una colonna molto vicina; in bagno non è possibile aprire la finestra, senza far entrare puzza di cucinato... ma ripeto sono dettagli!

명품 거리 샵도 가깝고 스페인 광장은 걸어서 7초 정도 걸려서 너무나 좋구요. 그리고 아침조식 8유로인데 전혀 아깝지 않아요. 숙박 도와주신 매니져 아저씨 제가 살면서 본 분들중(친구 포함)에 가장 친절하시구요. 그리고 실비아(Silvia) 직원도 여행 일정 능동적으로 먼저 나서서 같이 도려주려고 하고 조식 요리도 짱 잘해요. 강추하고, 담엔 우리 부모님 모시고 올꺼에요~! 참, 욕도에 버블바스 풀고 에어샤워도 해보세요. +꿀팁: 폼피 티라미슈 걸어서 3분. 아저씨 거의 한국인. 딸기 티라미슈 강추 (딸기를 쏟아 부어줘요.). 방에서 가까워서 밤에가서 줄도 안서도 그냥 매일 먹었어요.

The hotel is excellent and the staff is great. SIlvia was the person who assisted us the most and she was very helpful and kind. The breakfast, which was 8E was fantastic. While the room is on the smaller side, it is very nice, The bathroom was well appointed with a jacuzzi tub, although it takes a long time for the tub to fill. The stairs to enter the hotel are very steep and difficult if you have heavy luggage. The hotel is a hidden gem in the Spanish Steps area. The property had everything we needed.

스페인광장 바로 앞이라 좋습니다. 다만, 8시까지 체크인인데 8시 15분에 늦은 체크인을 했더니 이십오유로 추가요금 받더군요. 씨티택스하고 추가요금 이것저것하니 일박 숙박비 더 나옵니다. 대한항공타시는 분들은 참고하세요. 시설은 그냥저냥 괜찮은데 냉장고 고장나서 머무는 내내 미적지근한 물만 마셨습니다. 작은규모라 직원과 마주칠일 없고, 엘베없고 계단 가팔라서 무거운짐 들지 못하시는 분들은 참고하세요. 위치는 정말 더할나위없이 좋습니다. 스페인광장과 2분거리에요. 방음 잘되고 거리 소음은 잘 들리지 않았습니다. 침구도 편안했구요.
