Very Nice Boutique Hotel, on a quiet street. Three minutes down hill to The Piazza Barberini with Taxi stand and Metro station. It's close to Spanish Steps/Trevi Fountain (15-20 minutes), but folks with mobility issues, be careful, some is uphill, but doable. Staff is efficient and friendly, breakfast is great, my room was comfortable, large bathroom, good elevator. Sunday Mass in Englisg (10AM) at Saint Isidore's College Chapel, 5 minutes walk from hotel. Enjoyed our stay!

We just returned from a week in Rome, staying at Hotel Modigliani for the week. First of all, there's a lot to like about this hotel. 1) It's in a terrific location, within easy walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, transportation options, numerous area shops and restaurants and many other Rome highlights. 2) The staff, without exception, were wonderful. From the desk staff to the maids to the breakfast and bar crew. All great, all spoke English more or less, but appreciated it when you could speak some Italian. The staff members consistently went out of the way to be friendly and helpful. 3) The place was spotless, room and common areas alike. There's a great lounge and really nice. Many rooms came with a little balcony you could sit out on. In warm weather there's a charming little interior patio where they serve breakfast. The beds were clean and comfortable. There are excellent breakfast/bar areas to relax in, have a meal or a drink. 4) Excellent breakfasts are provided, with lots of variety. The negatives were few. The biggest one was that the room was pretty small and there's little space to stow your gear. The second biggest negative is that the hotel sits on top of a rather steep hill, so getting home after a day's walking adventure was a bit of a challenge. Finally, the bathroom is pretty small and the shower floor a bit slippery. Other that those, the place really was terrific. We both had a great stay and would recommend this hotel very highly.

The hotel was nice and quiet, and our room was always clean. The staff I found not as helpful as other places we had stayed on our Italy trip but were nice when we did ask questions. The location is great quick walk to Spanish Steps or shopping area, would stay again if in Rome.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Modigliani. It is within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and shopping. The staff was wonderful - very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient property close to the Spanish Steps and other attractions. The Room was very small but well priced for the accommodations. They were very helpful in securing transportation from the airport for us. I would stay again for a short visit to Rome

Four day stay prior to cruise. The only negative is that our room was lacking enough space for our luggage. Otherwise the staff is terrific, the breakfast is terrific, the location for site seeing is great and good restaurants are nearby. This was our second stay.

Hotel Modigliani was good. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and the room was clean and comfortable. But, the room was very small and the walls very thin. Location is great; close to the Spanish steps and many dining and shopping options as well as transport. We would stay here again.

Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, whole place is immaculate not just the room! Staff are so lovely and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again. Very close to a lot of the main tourist attractions so very convenient location.

This property is nice, it’s a family ran! However it’s needs a lot of maintenance and upgrades. The property has lights bulbs out in the ladies bathroom, that’s downstairs next to the front door exit! Just needs the Love back into Lesley xoxo

Staff were great and very helpful Breakfast was really good with a great selection. Freshly baked croissants were fantastic. Only complaint would be the door locks as difficult to open.

We liked staying at this hotel. They let us drop off our luggage early in the morning. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet could be better. More fruit please. Location was great! Cose to the Spanish Steps & very walkable.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is friendly. Location is excellent. The rooms are small but clean. Garden area is delightful. Complimentary breakfast is included. Some rooms look over the garden; others over an alley. A bit more expensive. Make sure to bring power converters - all rooms are wired for European appliances.

Our room was small but comfortable. Very clean, bed was comfortable. Location is away from crowds so quiet at night, yet close enough to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, pantheon, piazza Navona. Nice breakfast. Scrambled eggs available if you ask. Staff was very helpful. Overall for the price we liked our stay.

Luca and Francesco are super nice. It is a family hotel located close to everything. The breakfast was as we expected… typical European BRKS. But if you want some American style breakfast you can have scrambled eggs too. AC in perfect condition. Our stay in Rome was wonderful, and the hotel was a very important part of it.

Very accommodating. The property reached out to us in advance to arrange transportation. Upon arrival we were given the hotel's walking tour guide which was helpful to take in many of the sights of this beautiful city. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good to get us off to a good start. The hotel is within walking distance of just about everything.

The staff are incredibly helpful with any questions or requests, and go out of their way to help with anything at all involving the trip. The complimentary breakfast is great, and the 24 hour concierge is very convenient. Wonderful boutique hotel on a side street just 4-5 minutes from the Spanish Steps or the Trevi Fountain, 1-2 minute walk to the metro which gets you anywhere quickly for only a couple of euros, and 20-25 minute walk to any big sites. Surrounded by amazing restaurants on every corner, a few just steps from the hotel. Can’t say enough great things about staying there, we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Modigliani. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. This small well appointed hotel on a side street from Barberini Square is a good location for walking. Good restaurants nearby.
