-Wi fi available but not reliable -Terrible cell reception in the room and lobby, needed to open and lean out the window or step out into the alley -Insisted that we needed a taxi reservation to go to airport, which they arranged. The taxi was 25 minutes late -Hotel room very small and hotel quite average despite luxurious appearance and presentation on line

Perfect location for all venues. Quiet, clean, great amenities. Housekeeping immaculate. The concierge team went far and above to provide information for recommendations, called taxis, were very friendly and did everything possible to make our honeymoon enjoyable and memorable.

This hotel was centrally located to all we wanted to do in Rome. The staff was extra helpful, making sure we were comfortable, our room was in great condition, and they helped us know what special places we should go as we only had a few days in Rome. Would come back for the staff alone but the room was nice, clean, updated, and had all I needed. I can not say how great the staff was.

Great hotel for a short stay and close to all famous places. Our first time in Rome and the hotel made it more special. Alessandra and the team were so welcoming and always available to guide us with any questions about the area. She also got my daughter a little gift as it was her 18th birthday. Highly recommend this hotel….

Great quiet location, walkable to all POI. Easy access to major bus lines, if required. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and modern. Beds and linens are comfortable. Fantastic complementary coffee, no breakfast available. Many cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby.

It is a great value hotel for the local area but there is no restaurant in the hotel, not even a bar. There are no facilities for making hot drinks in the rooms so you have to go downstairs to get a drink from the machine. However it is very close to excellent bars and restaurants.

Such a lovely hotel for the price we got it for. Rooms were extremely clean and the staff were all so friendly. Rooms are pretty small but perfect for a city break.

It was centric but the street to the property is really uneven and narrow! Staff were nice until the last minute… when it’s time to check out they don’t care to smile anymore, they ordered a taxi and it took so long so we had to look for our own and almost lose our train overall it was good!

Hotel is very central to all the main attractions. Staff was very helpful although we did have some trouble with some of the ticket bookings they made for us. Hair dryer in bathroom would only work for a minute or 2 before overheating and shutting off.

We loved this hotel! Very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. They were able to make recommendations for great restaurants and help with transportation. One of the best parts of this hotel is location! We were able to easily walk to many attractions such as colosseum, pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps as well as restaurants. We cannot wait to go back!

It is in a dark alley, so the cab left us on the corner because it is not allowed to drive there, the street is cobblestone so it was difficult to haul the luggage for the block to get to the front door, the gentlemen at the front desk was cool, the lady was rude, there is a $50.00 government set fee for a cab and we had the hotel call a cab for us and they charged us $65.00, later we found out it is because of the kick back to the hotel desk at some of the hotels, they don't have an iron. overall, it looked like a nice place but it's more of a low budget hotel. will not stay here again.
