“Nice Motel in a commercial neighborhood”
Very new, nice accommodations in a commercial neighborhood.
“Ideal for Fiumicino airport”
Good airport transfer service
“A little different . . .”
This hotel is more like a residence, with rooms in buildings like apartments. Modern, clean. Requested two beds and got one king size and one pull out couch in a two room suite. Modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast. If coming from Fumicino airport, take the "local" taxi across the street from Arrivals, as only taxis to Rome line up outside.
“Perfect start to holiday”
Hotel shuttle only 10 euros per couple each way direct to hotel/airport Room allocated in annex across from reception was wonderful and we would have liked to stay longer Only problem was location in very quiet area Breakfast provided was top class
“Good Airport Location”
The hotel was very nice, and a great location for the Fiumicino airport. Our room was beautiful. Great for a one night stay, if your arriving late or departing in the morning. The location is not suitable if you want to sight-see in Rome, as it is quite remote. A ~60E cab ride to Rome, or take the train and subway for ~20E. The hotel advertises a shuttle to the airport, which was great, but it will cost you ~5E per person each way.
“Definately a keeper”
Not quite what we were expecting for an airport hotel, but actually a lot more fun. Looks more like an apartment block in a quirky neighbourhood. But...big, clean, modern, upmarket room with separate sitting area and great bathroom, charming staff and in a location where you do have the choice of wandering off to a couple of restauarants outside the hotel. Fantastic value
“Good Location, not the best services or smell in the hotel”
The hotel is 5 minutes to the hotel (good thing...). Taxi from Rome charged us 60 euros... The hotel is not bad, but the smell in the room was strange... They have a shuttle to the airport ( 5 euro per person), we asked if it was sure that is was going to pick us and they told us "Of course". At the other day we had to share a taxi with another person that was in the hotel too and asked for it, since the taxi never arrived (driver fall sleep). In conclusion... if you can stay in Rome do it, if your fligh is ealry in the morning, stay but ask for a taxi, don't wait for the shuttle.
“The worst receptionist ever”
My wife and I had a terrible experience at check-in, as the receptionist was exceptionally rude. The issue revoled around the hotel shuttle, which took several calls and almost an hour to arrive at the airport. We complained about this, but the receptionist dismissed our claims and said we were supposed to take a taxi instead if the shuttle was taking too long. Then she berated us in front of the shuttle driver and again verbally insulted us later when she was on the phone (likely not realizing that we understood Italian). The hotel is close to the airport and the staff realize that most people only come for one night before or after their flight. This may be the reason for their complete lack of politness and customer service. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody, solely based on our bad experience with the receptionist.
“not to impressed”
young lady at desk was very irritable , a bit snippy - was having a bad day.... Young man next day was very congenial and good to deal with... A decent place if a person is just coming into Rome airport and leaving the next day- location is not good for travelers who want to see Rome or other sights.
“In prossimità dell'aeroporto di Fiumicino.”
Molto funzionale per trascorrere una notte fra due voli.
