Dear Sir. We are sorry your one night stay was on Saturday night of Carnival. Maybe if you would have phoned us at reception we could have asked for guests to be more respectful for silence. It would have been a pleasure to help you, it would have surely been better just by dialling 9 on the room phone. All our staff speaks good english. It was a pity you did not even bother saying anything during departure, where your wife thanked us for the nice stay. The hotel rules have a function in order to make sure the place stays nice and clean. Our rooms do not have a eating facility inside so we please ask our guests not to eat in the rooms for sanitary reasons.We have a our dining room for eating if requested. Healthy and Responsible drinking is encouraged instead. We have a sign saying not to eat ice cream or pizza inside the lobby or rooms in order to preserve our furniture from being stained and for guest to be able to enjoy a nice and clean atmosphere. We have a sign encouraging to leave your bags and trolleys in luggage area and not in any corner of the sitting area. This prevents from loud (luggage moving) noises and disorder spread in our relaxing area. We also invite our guest to not leave their belonging unattended during breakfast time in dining room while moving around to get their food and drinks, kindly suggesting to leave purses and bags in the room during this time. I hope you can understand our point of view and our disposability in order to let our guests have a great time when in Rome.

I must although underline our staff is always very polite and helping: perhaps giving a different answer from what you expect turns us into unpolite? For future guests at the moment we are investing many resources to be able to guarantee wifi connection also in the rooms . This goal is very close and soon it will be reality, already 80% of the rooms are covered by a strong signal. By adding in notes during booking we can provide a room with wifi connection. Dear Guest , we are sorry for your bad experience. You reserved an Economy single room that is exactly the one in the picture, our policy to exclude some services to have a big advantage on the price paid also considering the size of the room and the central location. This is why some services like wifi are not included. We have personally checked the tv, the pillow and the bed spread and did not encounter the problems you have written in your review. The kettle and fridge are not services listed in the room at the moment when you confirmed your reservation. Regarding buffet breakfast variety included in room rate: multiple types of bread whole/white weat (toaster), butter, various marmalades, different types of cereals hot/cold milk, tea, coffee, two different types of fruit juice, different types of typical Italian pastry cakes and tarts , yogurt, fresh fruit , cutt and spreadable cheeses, ham, mortadella, salami, water, cappucino or espresso served at request. Regarding the heating once the temperature gains 20 degrees the heating is not turned on automatically. Many aspects of your trip could have been better is you would have refered the the front desk your problems , we would have been ready to help. Regards
