the minibars are checked every day and at check-out we always ask if the customer has consumed them, you could have said that it wasn't you, usually we don't force people to pay if they haven't consumed them, we always hope to educate the customer to say the also true because it is a service in addition to the room which we hope is comfortable especially because the prices are not as high as many hotels but we do it to offer a service

Dear BarbaraThanks for being our guets and that you loved your stay , as fro the patio there is a patio and your room was right down the patio , as for breakfast it is written when you book that there's no such thing here at the moment as it is used to be.The closes bar ER BARETTO is right down the street just 1 minute away by walk . if the air conditioner didn't work you could have told us we would have checked but to date nobody has complained about this we checked and everything works perfectly in your room, same thing for the water we have the same system for all the rooms and nobody said it for the bed unfortunately that is a personal thing the mattresses are standard to please everyone

on the booking it says that breakfast was not included we are sorry for the air conditioning but evidently the cleaning staff did not notice, the door is open you can rest assured the hotel is equipped with a camera and we always check everyone accesses, it seems strange that it remained open for two consecutive days, perhaps it means it was not locked
