Don't exspect the Hilton or Mariott
This is the perfect hotel for the price point. Location is a few minute walk from Roma Termini. Excelent staff, friendly and helpful. Room was fine, clean, comfortable. I would stay here again, very affordable

The advertised media for this property is intentionally misleading. THIS PRACTICE SHOULD BE STOPPED. Our booking was actually sub- let to another property some 600 metres from the book -in address which necessitated us dragging 7 suitcases over even more cobblestones. All concerned need to stop ripping people off including EXPEDIA!!!

It was hard to understand how to check in. The person at the lobby didn’t answer the door for fifteen minutes so we had to wait for someone to arrive to open the door. You can call, but we couldn’t because of our international cell forfeit. The reception is downstairs and it is an another name of hotel.

The checking was difficult. Not good signage and it took some time to have the owner show up. We saw him just long enough to get keys and show the place. The 3 nights we did not see him. We had an average breakfast each morning and the place was clean.The building front is under construction and the interior in run down but once in the area of the rooms it was updated.

Great and nice staff. Shower head needed to be replaced. Bed - they out 2 twin beds together as one so it was a bit awkward (not so comfortable bed) pillow was super flat. But every9elae was okay. Really closer to train station & big grocery store (Coop).

Very clean, spacious, close to station
The room was very clean , comfortable and spacious. It was a room in a hotel floor in a huge building. The rest of the building was not part of the hotel. For breakfast, I was given a ticket to go to a local cafe down the street for coffee, one pastry and one fruit juice. I would go to this place again, but I would book a room without breakfast. The hotel receptionist was very helpful.

location was good. nice and close to the Termini train station. Breakfast was included but consisted of 1 cup of coffee and a croissant 2 blocks down the street mattress was nice and firm and room showed wear but was clean enough. it was relatively quiet at night. overall a c+.

Wifi does not work in room. You have to go to stairway. Hotel staff is not there 24/7. We had to wait 1 hour for him to arrive at check in. Stay somewhere else. Gooduck.

施設を悪く言いたくはありませんが、本当に「寝泊りできればいい」の人向けです。自分が勘違いしたので仕方ないのですが、電話で人を呼んで、建物に入るための鍵を預かるタイプでがっかりしました。 コンセントは一つが通電せず、浴室の照明は、叩くと灯る ような状態でした。最後は「住めば都」でしたが・・。 ただ、共同受付の人たちは、割と親切に対応して戴けました。場所はいいので、なんとも惜しい感じです。

Per una notte senza pretese va bene
Per una notte dopo un concerto, va più che bene. Il letto era comodo. C’era della polvere e il bagno con un po’ più d’attenzione, poteva essere pulito in maniera migliore, magari con l’utilizzo della candeggina e dell’anticalcare.

Locazione strategica vista la vicinanza qalla stazione termini e a 2 fermate di metropolitana - posto a bsso costo ma anche da basse aspettative. se serve un letto per dormire a Roma e non si vuole andare in ostello in camere condivise questo e' gisuto il "gradino" sopra.

j'ai bien aimé la proximité de la gare centrale et des transports au tour. Même à pied il y avait des endroits intéressants à visiter, comme le Colissée, la basilique Sainte-Marie Majeure ou La fontaine de Trevi. Autre aspect que j'ai bien apprécié c'est les commerces et restaurants à proximité.

交通至便、レベルの高い安宿
テルミニ駅に近く、交通、ちょっとした買い物ともにとても便利。とにかくリーズナブル。 ホテル入り口は見つけづらく、またその外観(雑居ビルの中)から、一瞬外ししまったかと思ったが、スタッフの対応も良く、全く問題がなかった。

El sitio es bueno, la ducha y el baño no era de lo mejor, tenia que mojar todo el pelo si o si. La cama muy desconfortable.

Simples e barato.
O local é simples e o prédio antigo. Não me importo muito com simplicidade e sim com limpeza e isto estava OK. O atendente é muito simpático.

Near the terminal station / low cost / ok
The room is good and has good location considering the price.. And the stuff was very great .. The only thing that wouldnt be so convenient if it's raining is to get out to go take the breakfast and the breakfast is only a coffee with a sweet cake or croissant.. We personally missed something salted or even any fruit.. But the coffee was so good.. I took cappuccino and liked it.. The elevator is a little bit old.. And we feel a little bit afraid in the beginning.. But its OK . I'm not specialist on this matter.. So in general is a good option for the people that wants to stay near the termini station with low cost..

Camera ben allestita, lascia a desiderare la pulizia: Polvere depositata dappertutto. Ante armadio unte. Lenzuola, seppur pulite, presentano macchie .... Ok il bagno e doccia. Se fosse più pulito ci ritornerei

La recepción es en otro lugar y difícil de encontrar. Luego de ahí te envían al lugar del hospedaje donde ya el asunto mejora. El desayuno ofrecido es a unas dos cuadras y es muy básico. Las habitaciones bien, la ubicación cercana a la gran terminal por lo que se te garantiza opciones para moverte. Te da un poco de temor al principio ya que te reciben en otro lugar con un aspecto no muy bueno.

Bra för det låga priset
Helnöjd med rum och badrum, rummet var stort med bra stor säng och badrummet var också bra. In-och utcheckning fungerade dock inte bra. Kom vid halv8 på kvällen och det var ingen där (porttelefon), som tur var kom det en som bodde i huset och jag kom in på det sättet. Hotellet ligger högst upp i ett bostadshus, 6 trappor, och hissen var ur funktion. Likaså var ingen där vid utcheckning utan fick hänga nyckel på dörren och ställa bagaget i trappuppgången med hopp om att ingen skulle ta det. Killen som skötte det hela var arrogant men korrekt.

La chambre était malpropre. La peinture était faite à moitié sur les murs, les conduites de la douches étaient bouchées. Il y avait de la moisissure sur les murs de la salle de bain, qui ne sentait pas très bon. Nous l'avions choisi pour la proximité de la gare. Nous n'y retournerions pas.

방은 크고 넓어요. 1인실 예약했는데, 더블침대 주셨어요. 리셉션은 6층이고, 객실은 1층 배정받았어요. 프론트에 사람 없으면, 엘레베이터 못 써요. 건물 입구. 중문. 방 문 총 3개의 키로 열고 들어와야하는데.. 중문 여는 게 어려워요.. 저도 열어보려다가.. 첨엔 안 열려서 ㅠㅠ 윗집 분들한테 ㅠㅠ 통화 겨우 부탁드렸네요 (방에 못들어가는줄) 직원 (?) 분이 오셔서 막 화내면서 일케일케하는거다 뭐라뭐라 포르테...이태리어로 성질 내는데.. 그 때 방에 못들어가나 무서웠던거 빼면.. 지낼만하게 깨끗하고 안전한... 곳이였어요.

O hotel tem ótima localização, fica a 5 minutos da estação términi. A recepção fica em outro prédio a 2 quadras, porém ligando em 2 minutos estão ali com sua chave, atendimento muito bom e solícito, quarto simples porém pelo preço está OK. café da manhã é servido em um restaurante a 2 quadras, café razoável. Bom custo benefício.

テルミニ駅から徒歩5分圏内。 近くに同じ名前のB&Bがあるので気をつけてください。 入口はインターホンで呼び出して開けてもらう必要があるので、事前にメールでチェックイン時刻を連絡しておくのが無難でしょう。チェックインは7階です（エレベーターのボタンは「６」を押してください）。 部屋は清潔で一人で泊まるには十分です。シャワーがお湯に変わるのが比較的早いのもよかったです。 朝食はミールクーポンを貰って近くのカフェで提供してもらいます。 ただここに限らず、ビルそのものの設備が古いので、エレベーターが故障していることがあります。 あとチェックアウトの時間も事前に伝えておかないと、人がいなくて鍵を直接返せないこともあります。 その点に注意すれば、値段の割に良いB&Bと言えるでしょう。

ho soggiornato per lavoro mi sono trovato bene, ma fuori dell'albergo oltre al numero di telefono, che risultava inattivo, non c'era il campanello sono riuscito tramite ad un inquilino ad arrivare al 6° piano, per il servizio e la camera e la posizione tutto perfetto

괜찮았던 로마의 숙소
방은 깨끗했고, 직원분들도 친절했고, 간단한 조식도 맛있었다. 6층이라 캐리어 끌고 올라갈 걱정했지만, 부다패스트 영화에 나오는 것 같은 엘리베이터가 있어서 짐도 쉽게 옮겼고, 오래된 엘리베이터를 타보는 특별한 경험을 한 것 같다. 테르미니역에서 가까워서 슈퍼나 교통편 이용이 쉬웠다.
