Spett.li Signori il fattore che per voi è strano lasciare le chiavi non è del tutto giusto quello che dite la sicurezza è la priorità assoluta in quanto se perdete le chiavi oltre al danno per ricambiare le serrature ci sta il rischio che qualcuno entra in camera direttamente e vi deruba.Questo voi non lo calcolate Ringrazio e salutoAntonio

Dear Demetrios, thank you for loosing some time to review your stay. We always take advantage of reviews to improve our services. We didn't expect a sufficient rating from you since we remember the efforts we made to pick you up from the airport after you lost your flight. Our driver had to wait for you all day long at the airport until you landed taking the next available flight. No penalty and no extra money was asked to you, we ensure you it is not the standard procedure in other places. Our opening time for check-in are listed in the structure description, moreover an authomated email is sent to all guests immediately after booking to remind you to contact us and set a meeting for the check-in. Obviously we reccomended you not to lose your room key around Rome firstly for your serurity: imagine if somebody finds your key and use it to make a copy of it and have access to your room. About our location we can say it is the main reason we are choosen, people likes to have party under Colosseum and if we have light sleepers we provide them quite rooms facing the backyard and on the third floor. No elevator is provided in all historical buildings near Archeological areas. We are sorry for that, there is nothing we can do to have one but we happily carry up to the rooms your luggages. At least we appreciated you said you would choose us again for your stay. So we hope to see you soon! Thank you! Reception

Dear Gary, we are glad that you appreciated the room. The lack of elevator and the people on the street are a standard for a central place. You must consider you are sleeping across the Colosseum, in the heart of the city but we have double glassed window and on the 3rd floor no noise can be heard.

elle n'est pas en mesure de porter certains jugements car vous vous trompez même si vous avez fait le mal de casser la clé elle a même menacé de casser la porte elle n'a pas voulu laisser le temps au matériel de trouver le double pour pouvoir ouvrir elle panique facilement même si nous n'aimons pas les clients comme vousBonne vie

Gent.le Sig.Nutricati,La mancanza di ascensore è ben segnalata nelle descrizioni e in un messaggio automatico che viene recapitato come promemoria.Sospettiamo che lei non abbia letto con attenzione le informazioni circa il posto in cui andava a soggiornare in quanto è scritto ovunque che si tratta di un affittacamere, non capiamo come e dove abbia appreso diversamente. La reception è presente al piano terra, non esiste nell'edificio alcun sottoscala e il nostro personale è qualificato e attento, le valigie vengono caricate dallo staff ma nel vostro caso, con zainetti a spalla, non è stato necessario. La reception è facilmente raggiungibile telefonicamente. In genere quando si hanno domande è bene approfittare della reception, la nostra è aperta h24 ed è stato un peccato che non lo abbiate fatto.

Gent.le Sig. Anonimo, l'assenza di ascensore è opportunamente comunicata su tutte le descrizioni presenti online e sul sito che Lei stessa ha utilizzato per prenotare. Non esistono edifici storici ai piedi del Colosseo con ascensore. La invito a ricontrollare le foto oltre che le descrizioni per scoprire che effettivamente rispecchiano la realtà.
