The staff are fantastic as they are at every B&B we stayed at in Italy. Comfortable bed and good shower. The property is fairly remote and was farther from the airport than we thought. The one downside…the lights in the room are insanely bright. Every one of them. They aim into the room like a spotlight. This needs to be fixed especially if you only have a few hours to sleep before an early morning flight and need a mellow environment.

Very functional place to stay for a night before our flight the next day. There is a mall directly across the train station and is very big and empty but all that matters is that there is food. Breakfast buffet was ok and nothing special. Good airport transfer service at 6 euros.

This is the perfect place to stay if your flight is delayed. It is 25 meters from the Parco Leonardo train station. This train station is only five minutes from the airport. There are not a lot of restaurants around. It is well insulated. I did not hear a train or plane.

The location of this hotel was right on the Parco Leonardo train stop. There was no need to find a taxi as you were literally a few feet away from the registration desk. There is a mall right across the tracks which had shopping and dining options (mall food). The hotel did offer transportation to the airport for a reasonable price and dropped us off right at the terminal.

Perfect for a short layover in Rome when catching an early flight. Shuttle pickup at airport was confusing but leaves in front of Terminal 1 and drops off at Terminal 3.

I liked the close location to the airport and the big shopping center right next to the hotel. Biggest issue was the bed was a joke. The mattress sunk so bad in the middle. Had horrible nights sleep and so did my husband. I told the management on my way out but not sure anything would be done about it. Other wise convenient and clean

Check in was smooth and easy, I used there shuttle to the hotel which was free but then pay €6 to return to airport. Great location, 10-15mins from airport, hotel is right across from Parco Leonardo train station and a large mall with a large supermarket. Lots of food options around also. Room great size, very clean. Bed was comfy and pillows were the best hotel pillows I’ve had for a long time. I had a room on the 4th floor. Most of the night was quiet however at 5am I could hear a lot of commotion, not the most sound proof room however nothing some ear plugs couldn’t fix. Room has a fridge but no tea/coffee making facilities. Shower is good and strong however the cubicle is a little small. Only stayed 1 night so it was good value for money and exactly what I needed as a solo traveller. Breakfast had a nice selection of food.

disappointing shuttle service
Shuttle bus did not exist .. even though i followed instructions for pick up... it didn't turn up at terminal entrance. the following day i took it back to the airport an unbranded mini bus... so i ended up paying 40 euro taxi to hotel... had i known the extra cost would have opted for the on site airport hotels (hilton)

Close to the airport.
Clean and close to the airport for 1 night stay. We took the hotel shuttle from the airport, it was easy once we knew where to catch it. Breakfast in the morning was a surcharge, but there was good variety and it was worth the money. The room was very clean and was a good size. We could have used 2 pillows each, but it was quiet and we slept well. We would stay again for a short time.

Roberto at reception was an absolute gentleman. He was professional and helpful. Hotel is located opposite the train station and is 4 minutes away from the airport Definitely recommend this hotel if you need an airport hotel

It's quiet, comfortable, with amazing water pressure, and a stone's throw to the train station. The air con went off in the middle of night and the TV came on by itself several times. Other than that, a great stay!

Needed an overnight stay between flights in and out of Rome. One stop away from FCO by train. Literally walked across the street from train stop to hotel entrance, with friendly staff waiting even though I was very late arrival. Room was clean, modern, spare but just fine for a quick overnight. Good rate for airport area.

There were mosquitos everywhere inside, including all over the rooms, one of the rooms 315, had dead bugs squished all over the ceilings and walls. The woman working the desk at night was so beyond rude and not helpful when trying to book the shuttle. And the breakfast was disgusting. I’ve stayed at the other B&B hotel number 1 and it was much better.

I wouldn’t recommend this place as a first, or second choice. From the photos it looks clean, newly renovated and a comfortable spot to stay… but that’s not the case. Upon arrival we opened our bedroom door to find our ceiling covered in mosquitoes. We requested a room change and they did move us a few rooms down the hall. The AC unit shut off multiple times throughout the night leaving us waking up in a sweaty humid room. The entire building smelt of musty mold. Our shower was very obviously not cleaned, there was also mold in all the corners of the shower. The beds are cots with a single pillow (no extra pillows or blankets are provided). Overall, I would not stay here again or recommend it. I felt like cockroaches were going to be on me when I woke up. It seems like they invested more money into design choices instead of keeping the place clean and functional. In addition, there was a complimentary breakfast but when we went into the breakfast room, the lady was demanding our room number and patrolling the buffet table, so it was a very uncomfortable setting. The only positive experience we had during the stay, would be the shuttle service they provided to the airport in the morning. It was around €7 per person and was a quick ride.

Nice location and newer building. Appreciated that they let us check in at 1230am when we flew in. Room is simple and small. Train station right by hotel is a plus.

Very convenient and close enough to the airport. You will need to take a taxi to get here. There is a minimum charge of 25 Euros for the taxi to go a short distance. Be aware there are TWO B&B hotels right across from each other. Our taxi dropped us off at the wrong one with all of our luggage. We had to carry up and down three flights of stairs to cross the bridge of the metro line which separates these two hotels. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the hotel team was professional. The pillows were the only downfall of the comfort. Overall it felt like a college dorm with vending machines and handful of food items for purchase. There is very little food selection around even though it is right next to the WOW mall. The food was extremely undesirable at the mall. You are better eating from the hotel vending machine. The airport shuttle took us to the airport the next morning. Easy and friendly.
