Good Downtown location
The location was excellent for our purpose of seeing the sites of Rome. Within walking distance to a great cafe for early coffee and pastry. Close to taxi stand, close to beginning of discovery of Rome sites. The room itself was not quite as advertised. Bed was fine, but the shower was right next to the bed, with the frosted side of windows directed to the bathroom area, not the bed side. Just awkward. The hotel attendant was helpful with information about restaurants etc. The transfer service to and from hotel was a must. Helped to be delivered and picked up at hotel. Location was a plus, lift to third floor helpful.

The room was small, but recently updated. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the shower being in the bedroom instead of the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

We were only at the hotel for one night but the staff leading up to our staff was very helpful. Since we checked in late there were lots of instructions on how to get in and were very helpful with questions I had about getting around. Hotel was very nice and quiet!

Very comfortable room in Rome.
We really enjoyed the natural light in this room. We didn’t use the jacuzzi but it seemed like a nice addition. The location in this neighborhood is great. There are many good restaurants close and it’s close to many of the attractions that we wanted to see. We walked everywhere.

Fantastic Stay at Ara Suites. Pros: 1. Lovely spacious room, fantastic jacuzzi, good powerful shower, and clean room. 2. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Enricobwas fantastic and gave us very useful info about Rome. 3. Great location - 2 minute walk to a bus stop going to all main tourist places and 12 minute walk to Spagna metro. Cons: No cons! Would just say that it the shower area had some shelves to put the shampoos and soap that would be an excellent addition and similarly shelves in toilets for the towels. An additional dustbin in the room and some facial tissues would also make this into the perfect hotel. Thank you for the great stay.

The room was amazing and the staff was awesome. They answered our questions and provided detailed answers. The apartment was located within walking distance of landmarks which was very convenient.

Small, quiet spot away from the city center, but close enough to walk. Not a traditional hotel, but more like a small apartment complex with lovely, clean rooms. Staff is only on premise in the morning time, but easily reached by phone if there are any questions or issues.

The staff at very nice and helpful. They wend above and beyond to make the arrangements that i asked for birthday celebrations. The bed looked fantastic with swans , balloons 🎈 prosecco and chocolates! Thank you! The room is nice , clean and having a huge jacuzzi! The only recommendation would be to have some better and extra pillows.

Incredible stay!
Everything was excellent. Hot tub was amazing and room was spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful and friendly and really nice toiletries were also provided. AC was very powerful which was perfect in the 35 degree heat. We loved the location in Prati, easily walkable to many tourist spots and also close to lots of transport links as well as many good restaurants. Loved the complimentary mini bar which was a nice touch. Breakfast at the local cafe was simple but filling and fresh. Overall, a perfect little hotel which we’d love to return to!

Pleasant Stay
It was a pleasant option for a stay. Close to the Prati area and discovered lots of great places to eat in the area. Not too far of a walk to the Heart of Rome and various neighborhoods. We enjoyed being able to come back to a nice room and relax after a long day.

Overall Ara suite had it all, the location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to visit, the only time we used a taxi was the night we celebrated our engagement as we overdone it slightly with the alcohol in the bars in the Monti area lol. We will definitely be back to take in more of this amazing place and will most certainly book up the Ara suite if it is available. Great place to stay. The room was beautiful and really new with a nice view. Walking distance to the main places and if not ... the bus station is one block away. Safe area and the staff was extremely helpful specially Enrico! cant wait to go back and make a full report for my traveler channel.

Staff is excellent! Rooms comfortable and clean. Complementary water and snacks in the room’s mini frig, and AC in a charming building with a lift. Good central location walkable to most major attractions within 15-25 minutes. 👍👍👍👍

Really great room!
Really nice mini hotel that has everything we needed! Really cool shower with coloured lights and very nice bathroom. Perfect location. Staff were very accomodating and helpful. The only improvements i could suggest is more space to put clothes away as there were only a few hangers and no draws. Also the plugs were slightly too close to the light switches when you put an adapter in so had to find the perfect balance for charging and not turning out the lights. But overall we loved it!! Would definately stay again. Very reasonably priced too!

Very pleasant place to stay. Good location, great staff and rooms are lovely. Would really benefit from a small Nespresso machine (or similar) in the room or reception... the breakfast is served in a cafe around the corner and would be nice considering the room rate to be able to have a coffee in your room when you wake up. My only real criticism however was the breakfast - it was non existent the first morning (apparently they’d run out of eggs and croissants) and pretty inedible the next - very greasy and salty eggs and omelette.. we didn’t even bother going on our final day. The coffee was nice though! Wouldn’t stop me visiting Ara Suites in the future but this element was disappointing

We stayed at the Ara Suite at the end of May for 5 nights and it was absolutely fantastic. The room was beautifully modern, clean, spacious and had amazing facilities.. i.e the hot tub was great! The 2 guys at reception were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day by a very pleasant young guy. We checked in late at night, but this was no problem as we kept in touch with the guy throughout our journey and he arranged for someone to meet us when we arrived. The guys at reception not only let us have late check out but they kept our luggage for us until we were leaving. Fantastic location, close to everything you would want to be in Rome. Only a 10min walk to Spanish steps and metro. The breakfast, which is just across the street was amazing every morning! There is a little knack to the key on the main door, but don't be afraid to ask the guys at reception to show you how, they were brilliant. This was our first time in Rome and staying at the Ara suite really made the experience extra special, will definitely stay here again. Would highly recommend this hotel!!

Excellent facility and extremely helpful staff. Could not have had. Better start to our trip. Room was a good size, extremely clean, neat and tidy. The staff waited until well after the reception closed to ensure we were welcomed to the property.

Må ærligt indrømme det meget mindre end forventet - hvis man har 2 kufferter åbne på gulvet kan man kun bevæge sig for enden af sengen. Men et helt fint værelse og placeringen er god. Tæt på byen og lidt af det hele i området. God service, god kommunikation og hjælpsomme.
