"I chose to stay at this hotel because of its convenience and accessibility to nearby attractions. While the property itself was nice, welcoming, and has a lot of potential, I expected a higher level of service.
At one point during my stay, I was trying to receive service near the pool area, but no staff members were present. I reported this issue to the front desk. Additionally, I have never stayed at a resort that did not acknowledge a guest's birthday in some way. There was no card, note, or gesture recognizing the occasion, which was disappointing.
Overall, the property was pleasant, but it did not leave a lasting impression. That said, the front desk agent who checked me in was wonderful and provided excellent customer service during my staff."
