I always stay at this property when I have an appointment at Mayo because of its location and the nearby amenities.

Pool was Freezing, and hot tube was pretty gross looking. No towels available in the pool room, or extra towels for the rooms when we asked for more needed to take a shower. The hotel was "under construction." Luckily we only stayed 1 night and we were not in the hotel much. That may have made for a worse experience. Another group had a problem with the door to their room not locking. Maintenance tried to fix and set off the fire alarm to all rooms and occupied areas. It was a total Sh!t Show. Breakfast was good, and parking was available.

Chad,We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with your stay. We are looking in to the pool situation, and unfortunately the towel situation came down to the number of guests we had and the amount we had available. We are working on fixing those numbers.

Great location near restaurants, shopping, and gas. In the room, the shower head sprayed water across the bathroom (it was broken) and the bathroom faucet did not operate properly (water remained on because the handle was not operating properly). Staff was friendly. Bed was not at all comfortable--weak mattress.

Poor customer service
Stayed with my parents and husband for a little family vacation. I had called ahead 1-2 days after having made reservations and asked for adjoining rooms. I was told by the woman I spoke with we’d have them. We checked in on 9/2 and we didn’t get them. The lady who checked us in was beyond rude about it. I told her I was guaranteed them and she raised her voice at me saying, “Well you didn’t talk to me.” She was on a phone call with someone else her entire shift. It was extremely poor customer service. She gave us looks and would mumble something that entire first evening whenever we walked by in the lobby. She was working again Sunday morning and acted as if she hadn’t done anything the day prior. I definitely won’t be staying here again. I don’t know how this hotel has 9.2/10 ratings. Unbelievable experience. Never had a hotel employee be so rude in my entire life. It was absolutely uncalled for. I hope something is done with her.

This hotel was easy to navigate to and from the Mayo Clinic. There were many dining options close by. The room was clean and quiet.
