“the worst hotel i have ever been”

This is the worst hotel. No one should try it.

Hotel is under construction. Bathroom has no exhaust fan. The hot water never was more than lukewarm and felt too cold to shower in comfortably. The light switch by the door was modified by slicing the cover top to bottom to fit the new built in dresser. It looked very rough, you could see into the switch box and see the wires. The light that the switch controlled finally came on two days into our stay then flickered and few times and was hit or miss as to working after that. The built in hair dryer tripped the ground fault once even though we had nothing else plugged in or running. The freshly made waffles were good but the scrambled eggs tasted like balls of silicone. The mattress was amazingly comfortable and was the best part of the hotel. We expected more from a Ramada. The manager promised a discount for the hot water troubles, I'm sure it will come through, but the manager on duty did not grant it when I called expedia.

“Yuck”

AC not working properly, room was dirty and the beds were filthy. No hot water when I checked in for a shower. Wont stay here again

Hotel room was well maintained and was big. Well-managed even with the on-going renovation on the first floor due to damages from Hurricane Irene. Breakfast was a little disappointing though with the limited selection and location (perhaps due to the renovation). Good choice if you're in the area or shopping nearby. Very pleasant service experience.

the tv's need to be updated. Seems overpriced really for what you get. they were fixing things on the lobby floor maybe it got flooded or something? some vending machines were out of service. needs updating Including the sheets. Bathroom's were nice. I would personally go somewhere else b/c its too expensive for what you get. staff was nice though

“july 4 getaway”

My stay was more than satisfactory. While the hotel is nothing spectacular it is clean and comfortable and well situated for shopping etc. Our room gave us a front row seat for the firework display from garden state mall within the comfort of air conditioning!! The only down side is the pool which is not heated and the water was very cold and it is very small. After 10 or 12 people it is downright crowded! I would definitely do it again!

“Bugs”

Bugs crawling everywhere room/pool... new room didn't have any but still.. Bed was comfortable, location is okay if you are going to NYC.
