Pros: Beautiful a intimate property. Very natural, and the staff do their best to maintain it. Overall, it is older and could use a facelift, but beautiful beach. Also, it is a very "locals" hotel... the staff spoke only Spanish, and all entertainment was geared towards locals and spanish-speakers. Customer service is amazing, and the food was great on the weekend. On the weekdays, people from cruise can buy a day-pass to hotels, and vendors PACK the beaches. I would say 3.5/5 overall due to efforts. Local alcohol, nothing top shelf. And not too many places to eat, especially late at night. For daytime and just a place to stay while you take in the island - perfect. I must say, it was also super safe. I felt very comfortable there the entire time.
