What I didn’t like is that I put a reservation With expedia.com for a room, but I chose the wrong room a non-smoking instead of a smoking and when I got to the hotel, there was a young man who charged me 65 dollars to switch to a smoking room So you might want to be careful going to the Econo Lodge because I think I’m a start going up the street to the comfort cause I thought $65 was a little exorbitant just to switch to an ashtray

Staff have always been calm, courteous and helpful and I have never had a negative interaction with other guests either. Ive stayed in both smoking and non smoking rooms and I suppose if I had any criticism, it would be that while the non smoking rooms have always been clean. comfortable and properly serviced, the smoking rooms are clean, but often have something in need of repair or replacement.

The grounds are not cleaned up after dogs go to the bathroom and it was filthy with trash, cigarette butts and waste. My dog had a hard time relieving herself because it was so dirty.

This hotel does not take ESA documents for service
Please note they do not accept ESA animals. The hotel is a cheap stay unless you are charged for your service dog. The rooms were ok and I didn't have many issues. But most likely I will pay a little extra to stay at another place nearby.

The property owner insisted on seeing papers for a service animal. I informed them that it is illegal to request that, as the paperwork contains personal and medical information. Legally they cannot ask for this. They demanded it anyway, threatening to charge me $20/per night for my service animal if I didn't share sensitive and private information with them. This is highly illegal and offensive.

Made a reservation for two rooms but they said I had to make two separate reservations to get two rooms. Able to get a second room but got charged more. Spent about $30-$40 more than agreed to price on Expedia. Doubt I will reserve through Expedia again if partner hotels won't honor the contract.

It appeared the sheets and wash clothes had not been changed. Their was an ashtray on the table and ashes on the pillowcase. When i went to the front desk to simply ask for a change of sheets and new bathroom towels, i was told that if i didnt like it there i could, "find somewhere else to stay".

This is my 2nd time staying here and I am beyond satisfied!!!! the rooms are super clean and comfortable and the staff is so friendly!!! And if you are going to the Berglund Center, this is the place to stay. Directly across the street from and it so you can just walk over. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Lady at front desk was insistant on me being a man by the name christopher and had to show her my id to prove im Crystal. She wasnt necessarily rude but she wasnt inviting either. Also, in the room the shampoo and conditioner were used and nearly empty. There were a pair of earbuds in the floor so im guessing the floor wasnt swept or mopped either. Overall it wasnt a horrible experience. Just needed a place to sleep before early medical procedure since we live 4 hours away. But theres plenty of room for improvement.

Don’t stay here.
We arrived late at night and the receptionist was nowhere to be found. After lots of knocking she came and told us that there was a mistake and we weren’t booked… even though we clearly were. She eventually found us a room. It was dirty, there was dry blood on the walls and overall gross. Would NOT recommend
