Thermostat in room didn’t work, thought I was going to die from heat, and it was winter in Wyoming. Hot tub jets don’t work. Photos are not an accurate representation of a king room that’s sleeps 5, unless they face me a different room than what I booked. Staff was friendly and nice. Everything seemed very clean.

In your survey you indicated that your experience at the hotel was less than 100% satisfaction due to your comment of (Thermostat in room didn’t work, thought I was going to die from heat, and it was winter in Wyoming. Hot tub jets don’t work. Photos are not an accurate representation of a king room that’s sleeps 5, unless they face me a different room than what I booked. Staff was friendly and nice. Everything seemed very clean..) Dear Mr, Semmons, I am very concerned about your stay at my hotel. In your survey you indicated a complete displeasure in room due to the thermostat not working and the layout of your room based on pictures you seen on expedia, and I would love to be able to speak with you about it and discuss any other action that I can do to make it right. I am truly sorry that we did not live up to our guarantee that every experience is a HAPPY one. Our first night there was excellent, the continental breakfast was wonderful. Due to a water break in the hotel, we were startled by the fire alarm at around 10:15 at night and had to evacuate. Scared our 2 toddlers to death and we ended up packing up and driving 4 hours back to Cheyenne at 11 at night. what a nightmare and I know it was just an uncontrolled incident but traumatic either way. Other than that, our stay was good! We will stay again.

Great hotel!! Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is excellent. Nice staff. Good workout room. Good wifi. I stay in hotels around the world +50 days a year, and this one was one of the tops. Highly recommend!!

I appreciated the kindness and understanding of Maria and Julia as our stay was unexpected due to a family emergency. This is a beautiful facility particularly the lobby. Breakfast presentation over the top with multiple choices. Extremely clean throughout. Feeling fortunate we were able to stay :)

Maria at front desk was great. However the cleanliness of the hotel is completely awful. The first room we were put it had severely stained sheets, walls, bed skirts, and floors. We booked through Expedia. When we checked in, we were immediately told we booked via a 3rd party and told several more times. We were given a room on the 2nd floor which was an accessible room. It had no sofa or amenities in the room as advertised. The window looked into a wall which was a few feet from the window (the back wall to the portico at the front entrance). No coffee in the room and an empty roll of toilet paper. We were told we booked an accessible room which I looked and it is not what we booked. The staff was uninterested in hearing any request to be moved as they reminded us we booked via a 3rd party. (Not the first time I’ve had issues at a hotel when booming via a 3rd party). Would not recommend a stay here.

Hotel was nice and front desk staff was friendly. In Riverton, this is probably your best option.

We stayed in the ground floor. This property is a little dated, The room wasn’t as clean as other Hampton Inns
