I was leaving hospital and unexpectedly needed to stay nearby for 2 nights. Ad said breakfast was served. Breakfast was a granola bar. We asked for more coffee for room. None available at front desk. No Wi-Fi in room and we needed to work but I was unable. People sleeping in parking lot in cars. Ice machine does not work. I am 80 and bed too high for me to get in. No footstool available. Room had cockroaches. Should get refund. Would have left after 1 night but I had nowhere to go between 11 and when I could check in to another hotel at 4.

When checking in, after getting my CREDIT card information, the clerk wanted $100 (cash only) deposit to spend the night. He had nothing in writing, no prewarning, just demanded the cash before he would give me the room key. I refused to pay this extortion, and canceled the booking, at which point it was an arguement for me to get a paper printed that said it was canceled. The motel is nice enough, but the help wanted to shake me down $100 more to get to use it. Never spent the night. How do you give negative stars?

The place needs alot of work done. I had to change from my first room because it had cigarette burns in the blanket and smelled like cigarettes. Once i got the second room the TV wasnt working the clerk from the front desk had to fix it . The shower water never got hot so i took a cold shower. I wouldn’t book another stay their

Beautiful & Relaxing
Nice hotel directly across from the Tyler mall, the galleria. Plenty of places to shop & eat! The hotel was nice, the room was nice but I didn't like the tile. I wld rather have carpet in my room!! Also A LOT of homeless people but they keep to themselves for the most part so no big deal. At night the hotel lights up blue and we LOVED it!! Lol ... Came to visit my mom at olivewood memorial cemetery so it was nice that she was just right down the street!! Was able to visit her multiple times🤗🤗

Dirty ass hotel
It was awful had crackheads out side our window couch had plywood under cushions holes in couch. Hot water in tub rubbing. Asked for a refund and staff was rude af. We didn’t stay we had to change hotels. As soon as I pulled up to my room guys were looking at my truck and didn’t feel comfortable leaving it in parking lot.

Not good tried to upload the photos it wouldn't.
This was a truly lousy experience. I expected more, but not sure why. The curtains were torn and dirty and had paint on them, didn't cost all the way. The TV was small and the room empty, I guess there worried about theft? The bathroom was so beyond dirty, hair in the tub and red drops on the toilet, I had to scrub off before going to the bathroom.

I had 2 men knocking on my door at 2:00am. They did not stop for a long time. It was very scary. I was with my 11 year old son. It took quite awhile for the reception staff to help. I almost called 911. I felt very unsved

I will be calling Expedia about a refund. This place was a junk yard. The office won't open the front door because of the homeless sleeping in the covered parking area. the ice machine was broken and looked to be so for weeks. Strange man walking around the property and was not sure that the elevator was safe. we left and went down the street to a lovely Inn.

The room had a hot tub in the shape of a heart. I did not try to use it. There are lights focused on the tub with no light bulbs. The tub needs repairs, water temp and pressure was good. You can tell repairs were done on the ceiling around the bathroom. The ice machine was broken. The sheets had red marks on them. I was just staying a night and left by 8am. There is suppose to be a breakfast but I didn't look for it. Not a Family location or hotel.

it was a place where there was questionable people running around all hrs.appeared to be a place that the government was paying for jail release people. vagrants sleeping on stairs. trash, rundown,scared to go out or leave car in parking lot. the room was not kept up shower had holes in the bottom, dirty, doors didnt work or close good. it was a terrible experience you should take your name off this place i could go on and on if i wanted. i could have gotten a better place for much less than what i paid. i will not use days inn wyndam again.i go to ca. on a regular basis and have never had a worse experience.

Roach motel
Filthy, reeked of cigarettes and was generally unsafe. Roaches in the room, and the bathtub was in unusable condition. Lots of tweakers, was woken up at 5am by one knocking on the door looking for someone. They do not care. They also advertise on property a $100 deposit but charged me a $150 deposit.

The stay was good!! Unfortunately the hotel has homeless people staying in the property!! When you check in the lobby is closed ice machine doesn’t work and a homeless man pulled ice out of the machine like it was normal. Me and my friend stayed a night and I wouldn’t stay anymore nights

Terrible establishment. Cigarette holes in the bedspread and we had a leaking continuous bathtub and the hotel did not compensate us in any way after complaining. Stay clear of this awful place.

I couldn’t find any parking and there was a police car out front near the hotel. So I went to a different one. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.
