We loved our stay here, it had the most amazing view and was perfect location. Bare I’m mind it is the complete opposite side of the lake to the train station Desenzo so takes about 2hrs on the fast ferry and they only have a few per day. We would definitely come and stay here again if we wanted another quiet break at Lake Garda

I loved this hotel right on lake Garda and amazing views of the mountains! The staff were friendly and welcoming with great local knowledge! Easy walk to the shops and ferry! The breakfast was amazing the wait staff very professional!

Awesome location, a lovely property that is right om the waterfront. They kindly upgraded our room, and our booking also included breakfast. Loved our stay - We highly recommend this property.

This hotel is very conveniently located in Riva del Garda. The economy room is extremely small, but had all the amenities we needed. The AC worked well. The bottle of prosecco with the check-in was nice, and the breakfast was good (including gluten-free options). It was not very clear how the parking worked, but the staff explained it well. The hotel also has an ice cream parlor which is very good and a restaurant, which is overpriced and subpar.

Loved this property and its location right on the northern end of beautiful lake Garda. Beautiful views from the restaurant and most rooms. Navigation does not take you the correct way to unload luggage Since hotel is located in pedestrian area … parking is offsite.

Great location
Sole has a beautiful lakefront central location in Riva del Garda, right on the town's historic tower square and next to the marina. The room was recently refurbished, clean and confortable. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. Convenient reserved hotel parking costs 15 euros/day and is located across the main road, a five-minute walk through an underpass.

IMPOSSIBLE to sleep with your partner
Forget about having a romantic weekend with your partner, you will sleep far apart. As per 01.05.2022 all double rooms in the hotel have tiny single beds put together without even double sheets or cover to keep them together. The beds simply tend to split apart overnight. No queen/king beds in any room. The following morning, I have been told by the staff at the reception that they have never received this kind of complaint before and, if I could not hug my partner in bed because she would constantly fall in the space between the two beds, it was “my problem”, not theirs. I have always been polite in reporting the issue but their management declined any accountability. I contacted hotels.com customer service team to report the issue and it agrees the twin-beds arrangement is unacceptable. Hotels.com is now dealing with the hotel to address the issue on my behalf. Tutti i letti in tutte le stanze sono dei singoli accostati, quindi non puoi dormire affianco al tuo/a compagno/a perché cade nel buco. Incredibile. All’hotel la questione non interessa e sostiene di non aver mai ricevuto lamentele.
All double rooms have separate single beds…

Dear Guest, we thank you for your feedback, because all feedback are important. The king bed is on before request in our Hotel, as it says on site. And if the guest ask to us, we combine two sigle beds, as do all hotels. The guest wanted to have a free charge room for this inconvenience, for us it was impossible and we proposed to him a little discount. But he decliened. We are so sorry for this problem, we hope for the next time to fix it before. Thank you.

We do apologize if during your stay we had a problem with water, problem that was immediately fixed the next day by the technicians. The air conditioning could be regulated independently from the room or from the reception, probably it was turned off or programmed on a warmer temperature, also because during your stay in April, most guests didn’t use it. We are sincerely sorry that your stay was affected by the lack of technical support, service and communication from our teams, your comments have been passed on to our staff manager so that we can improve our service. Amazing view nice stay!
The location is great, just a bit scary to enter with your car and drive on the sidewalk to get to the hotel. Breakfast is good and the view is amazing.

Secure car park nearby although you have to Pay Euro15 per day.Good buffet breakfast Only concern they do not clarify in advance you could bring your car near the property to off load your luggage as there are restrictions

Hotel and location was beautiful and perfect. The breakfast was one of the best we had for our two week trip to Europe and is recommended. The only issue we had was with parking. The street signs say you cannot drive on the cobblestones leading up to the hotel. In fact, you can drive up to the hotel (though not easily with the amount of foot traffic) just to unload and load your luggage. We had to drive around for a long time to find parking but got more information after arriving at the hotel. Getting the information ahead of time would have solved this problem.

We paid for a booked a room with a lake view but when we arrived no lake room was available. Not sure who's fault this was. They were very apologetic and gave us free parking and a bottle of Prosecco and fruit. We paid a lot more for a lake view and need a refund.

We got a lakefront room with balcony and the view just cannot be beat! Breakfast was extensive and very good. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Although it was shared with the rest of the hotel, to have our room open out onto a balcony which had an amazing view of both the square & the lake was simply amazing.
