Beautiful luxurious hotel in superb quiet surroundings yet very close to all amenities. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Could not fault it

The hotel was an historic property and very beautiful. The road up to the hotel was narrow and often you couldn’t see around the corners. The room was spacious but the bed very firm.

This is a beautiful villa in a country setting but close to town. Unfortunately I visited in May before the pool was open and the restaurant was open for regular hours. That said, the staff were wonderful and allowed me access to the restaurant during a private event.

After having been on the road for 8 days, where we had stayed in some very nice hotels, we arrived at Villa Potenziani in awe. The road up the mountainside indicated we would be impressed, going through the gates indicated something grand, and arriving in the parking lot delighted us. Once inside our room, we giggled at the grandeur. The room was spacious, quiet, overlooking the grounds and surrounding hills. The bathroom is spectacular, large double sinks, marble everywhere, a window, and delightful shower/bath. The staff was warm and welcoming, the accommodations more than expected, the drive to the old town minutes away, and the grounds restful and beautiful. A highlight for us, and we will return and recommend.

Like a stay in a Palace up in a hill. Staff excellent. Room spacious and well laid-out. Bed very good. Quiet. Breakfast good. Free parking. Not walkable to city center A/C wasn't working / only heat. Mini fridge wasn't working..

Location eccellente, sia per quanto riguarda l'edificio sia per quanto riguarda l'esterno (giardino, parco). Camera molto ampia; il letto singolo non era adeguato, praticamente a livello terreno. Bagno spazioso; purtroppo mancava la doccia, necessaria per un disabile. Colazione eccellente, con vista sul parco e panorama. Personale cortese.

Bella villa immersa nel verde , peccato per il ristorante chiuso per ferie . Per chi viaggia per lavoro, come me , è comodo avere il ristorante nell' hotel .

O hotel é incrível. Segundo informações que obtive, é de uma das famílias mais antigas da cidade. Fica no alto de uma colina, o que dá acesso a uma vista exuberante. No interior a decoração é um caso a parte. Algumas salas parecem até um museu, com pinturas no teto. A suíte que ficamos era muito espaçosa e aconchegante.

As expected, but strange pool rules
As expected. A bit strange that you have to wear a cap for the hair in the pool. You can borrow a ugly looking on from the hotel. The staff is helpful and it an interesting hotel. Bed was a bit hard for our taste.

Struttura splendidamente ubicata che domina la cittá, location stupenda, camere molto belle,pulite e confortevoli. Colazione maestosa, giardino molto bello e curato, parco botanico da vedere. Da rivedere invece il riscaldamento nelle stanze, che a mio avviso non funziona molto bene.

Ottimo hotel situato su una collina a Rieti. Peccato esserci stato in inverno, sicuramente il parco merita nei mesi caldi. Camera spaziosa, letto confortevole e dotata di ogni confort. Ristorante nella struttura di buona qualità. Sala da pranzo caratteristica di una villa d'epoca. Colazione abbondante e varia con buone soluzioni di dolce e salato. In complesso una buona struttura. Staff cortese e pronto ad ogni esigenza.

La struttura immersa nel verde è veramente ben curata... una piccola reggia. salendo all’ultimo piano per la colazione si apprezza la vista della piana di Rieti e del Terminillo. Non posso giudicare il ristorante perché non ho avuto modo di provarlo. Nel complesso ho molto apprezzato la cornice e l’atmosfera di questo hotel che sembra fuori dal tempo..e anche la camera era pulita e confortevole.

Bellissimo hotel, qualche problema di troppo...
L'albergo è molto bello, in un parco splendido, con piscina e campo da tennis. La struttura è d'epoca, molto elegante, in stile. Peccato un paio di problemi, tipo la chiave senza numero, per cui sono dovuto tornare a farmi ripetere il numero della stanza che mi era stato comunicato sbagliato; oppure l'aria condizionata guasta. La doccia è mal pensata, la porta sbatte contro il WC e non si apre del tutto, sarebbe bastata una porta di altro tipo per non avere disagi. Colazione su una splendida terrazza, molto ricca e variata, personale gentile.

Splendida villa con vista
L'albergo è eccezionale e rappresenta un'isola felice a due passi dalla città. Dal parco curatissimo, in cui fare passeggiate o sedersi all'ombra degli alberi secolari su comode poltroncine in stile, al ristorante raffinato, sino alle camere dall'arredamento ricercato e dotato di ogni comfort. Il personale, infine, con la sua affabilita' e cortesia, ti fa sentire un vero ospite. Grazie a tutti.

Prachtig gebouw van binnen en van buiten en prachtige kamers. Uit het zicht een royaal zwembad aanwezig (badmutseje dragen voorwaarde). Hebben daar prima gedineerd. Ontbijt goed verzorgd.

Meraviglioso Albergo, oasi di bellezza e stile.
Una vacanza splendida che ricarica le energie. L'albergo è una residenza elegante, dal sapore antico. Soffitti in legno, ampi saloni. Un giardino romantico che guida verso la piscina e i campi da tennis. Le camere sono confortevoli con una vista splendida sui prati collinari. E il personale della gentilezza ne fa uno stile. Ci si sente coccolati. Si va via con il desiderio di ritornare.
