"The room felt luxurious and the front desk employee treated us kindly and was incredibly helpful despite the fact that we arrived after midnight. He gave us extra bedding for the sofa bed and helped us out with an additional toothbrush."

"About 5 years or so back, this hotel did a renovation...it needs another one!!!! The bathroom showers alll leak. The personell here are all VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING!!!! But the bathrooms are not really clean. The shower floor was dirty as well as the whole bathroom floor. Also the showers have no grab bars. The shower doors are very hard to open and come off the track very easily!!! Not very safe!!! And the carpet !!!! No hotel has carpet any longer. To be a Hilton property, we just expected better. We have been staying here for about 6 or 7 years and have really not seen any improvements to the rooms with the exception of the remodel a few years back. The rooms are large and have plenty of room for an extended stay. ( We usually stay a week to 10 days)"
