The resort was right off the beach which was what I wanted , staff was super nice. However....We had a broken pass thru door that the closer was slamming shut consistently and all hours of night, coffee machine overheated and spewed stink and didn't work in the room, had to call for shampoo/soap in room the dispensers were empty, floor was sticky , barely any towels in the "towel box" by the pool. Restaurant nice, staff was greaaaatttttt! Food was delicious!!!

Very nice hotel, bar service was not good. And elevators felt unsafe and very slow but it was clean and loved the pool and the views from our floor.

The hotel is unique, clean, with nice staff. However, the rooms are very small, no microwave, and limited amentities that youd expect to find in a Marriot hotel. They are also incredibly expensive. For 3 nights for a regular room was over $1200. They charge for everything, a "tourism marketing fee", a "destination fee", a "tourism fee" and "tourism tax" in addition to $40 a night for valet, where they park your car 3 blocks away in a sketchy lot. Over $350 in additional fees is crazy. So buyer beware before staying here.

"The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the bed was good. I could walk to the airport via sidewalks (0.5 miles they do not have a shuttle). I did not like that everything besides a bed and shower supplies were an "add-on" - like the fitness center, pool, breakfast AND coffee. Really, $6 for a coffee ..."
