It is very outdated and I felt gross staying there. A roach was crawling up the wall near the refrigerator. Overall not a good place to stay with family or friends.

The staff was very unprofessional and the room was not clean. They had to switch my room twice. The first time they gave me someone else’s room. The second time the door to the room would not shut all the way. The last room was not that clean and I was advised that cleaning would be an extra fee. Will never go here again!

Front desk lady was kind and helpful once i saw my room sofa bed had dead dry old roaches and bedbugs on covers. Asked to be cleaned no housekeeper on site and was given another decent room. Needs new housekeepers to actually do there job and clean.

The room itself was adequate enough for one night. The lobby and everything between there and the room stinks like weed. As others have said, it most definitely needs LOTS of renovation. The older front desk woman wasn't friendly at all. Just asked for ID's, CC's, "sign here", "here's your keys"....done. I would say the experience is somewhere between a motel and the average Holiday Inn. It served its purpose for the quick overnight, near the soccer fields, but I'd likely stay somewhere else next time, unless I was in a pinch.

When we first walked in to the hotel all we could smell was smoke. Stepping out of the elevator on the 2nd floor smelt horrible. It was a mixture of smoke, like someone cooking curry and the Glade deotorizing sprays that they have throughout the hallways. Our door to our room was difficult to open. It would take 2-3 attempts to get the door handle to work and had to slam it shut to make sure it shuts all the way. Once in the room it looked ok and didnt smell that bad but had a slight hint of smoke. It was tolerable fir one night. There was miss matched furniture. The lamp in the living room area looked like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. We had dirty towels in the bathrooms. They may wash them but they dont care about stains or clumps of hair hanging on them. I found a used wash cloth hanging over the top of the shower curtain from a previous guess when I was in the shower. There was meldew/mold around the shower faucet. It took me 3 towels to find one I could use to dry off. Needless to say I didnt feel clean. Oh and as far as toiletries goes, a 2-ounce bottle of shampoo and a bar of soap will be your "free" toiletries. They dont keep dishes or anything in the kitchen. No spare pillows or linens for the pull out coach. You have to request these things from the front desk and go get them. So I do not recommend this hotel unless you are despirate for a place to stay.

The worst place i have ever been. I had a needle in my toilet, lots of hair in a shower, prostitute running back and forth while we were checking in, and a weed smell in a hallways ( with no smoking policy)
