Property is extremely run down. Lock didn't work properly on door. Floor was cracked in room and air conditioning needs upgraded.

Thin mattress
Very thin mattress on a metal frame. Check in and everything but the bed was great. The bed was a thin mattress and with it being on a metal frame every time you moved it sounded like metal can if you squeeze it.

The bed was extremely hard just on a platform. There is no carpet in the rooms and the breakfast was inedible. Our stop was due to a long drive from Vegas to Florida. Good thing it was a overnight stay only otherwise we would have picked a different place

The floor in our room was nasty. Our feet were black. The bed cover was dirty and needed to be washed. If there had been any other hotels with vacancies, we would NOT have stayed there.

The room smelled like smoke SO BAD even though it was listed as non smoking. I woke up with a migraine because of it!! There was a huge smashed bug on the wall that the cleaners didn’t even bother to wipe off, the beds were hard flat and felt like a cot with a mattress thrown on top. Our sheets had very obvious pee stains on them so we slept on top of the covers bc that’s freaking gross. If it hadn’t been 11pm when we checked in we would’ve found somewhere else to stay - unless you are cool with paying $100 for that I would NOT stay here. Oh almost forgot, we got up with our backs aching and heads pounding the next morning and took our 3 kids down to have breakfast only to find not a single hot item left. A few slices of bread and some waffle batter, and they would not refill anything.

six inche mattress and a floor strip that I tripped on coming out of the bathroom, bathroom door did not close smoothly.

Motel Hidden behind a car wash business.
Big sign at desk proclaiming breakfast from 6am til 9 am
Lobby with waffle maker and cereal dispensers noted at check in.
At 6:20 in morning, Nothing!
No one in office to speak to. Other reviewers have had breakfast issues as well. Looks like there were just too few people there that night for the staff to bother with.

Unfriendly evening staff with no greetings or verbal acknowledgments. Asked for a non smoking room and the first room I was put in smelled of smoke. When staff was informed, no acknowledgment was said until a new room was given.

Beds and bed and bath linens were below par. Breakfast was frozen patties that had to be microwaved. One microwave for about 7 guests at the time. There was cold cereal, no fruit or yogurt.
Decor in the rooms was 1970s, cornice over window didnt fit.

The managing desk clerk needs to smile and give a good rapport.
Room was dirty, bedding dirty with cigarette burn holes. No elevator, had a very elderly dog that couldn’t get up the stairs… asked for a first floor room and was told none were available, yet the parking lot was empty and it was 6 pm. Checked out within an hour of checking in. Will never stay at a Quality Inn again.
Easy access. In terrible need of updates. Weird, harsh decor, not calming at all. Furniture looks like mixed pieces from goodwill. Chair was horribly stained. Otherwise seemed clean. Morning person greeted me in her PJs 😳 Said breakfast but only coffee

I was disappointed that the shower did not work properly. I reported it to the manager before leaving. It was a basic place to stay. It was nothing extra.
