“lousy service”

Dirty room, leftover food in frig from previous guest, cosmetics of building breaking down, pool out of service without notifying us in advance, no one at desk to checkin arrivals. Overall a lousy experience.

“Not bad for the price we paid”

It was ok to stay there for the price. We just needed a place to sleep over. The breakfast was good.

“Worst place we have ever stayed!”

This place was disgusting! The bathroom was so dirty it didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks. There was someone else's hair accessories on the dresser and there was a full trash bag under the dresser. The hot tub was pretty clean but scalding hot. The pool was nice but it looked like a dump around it. In the morning I was going to try and take a shower and there was NO water! The maintenance man said we should have never been put in that room because the plumbing for the shower had been off for a week! They moved us to a new room just to shower and refused any sort of refund. The other room was a bit cleaner and had newer amenities than the first room. I will NEVER stay there again and will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!

Dining
We ordered pizza from a local place and it was the only good thing about this town!

“One night stay”

Our room was the largest motel room we have ever stayed in for being a single room. It had fridge, microwave, plus normal coffee making equipment.. Breakfast was not provided, although this is a service that we were told would be in the near future. There is a restaurant in the same building, and a very reasonable meal is available with a motel discount. Several poor online reviews were noted when booking, and we found them to be unwarranted. Could not beat the price!

“Very satisfied”

I had some questions about local attractions and the staff was very willing and able to help me. I used the free wifi and it worked great! Housekeeping came before I'd checked out of my room, but they were willing to come back later after I informed them I was just leaving. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. The decor reminded me of the inside of a castle, which I loved. I would go back in a heart beat.

Area recommendations
You can't go wrong in the city. It's got older parts, like downtown, and once you get to the outskirts, you see where new businesses have moved in. It has something for everyone.
Must see
Big Rock Candy Mountain. It's only 20 minutes from the hotel and was so much fun to see.

“Not as Advertised”

Where to start, the non smoking room had been smoked in and even though every room on the floor was non smoking i could smell when the room adjacent to mine lit up and the smoke wafted under the door. When we got to the room the cable was not working, and the internet was down. after 30 minutes or so the cable was fixed by the maintenance guy, but the internet never did come back up. I found multiple colored hairs on the pillows and sheets. Luckily we brought our own pillows and blankets. I didnt expect much for the price of the room, but the basic comforts after a long day of driving, comforts that were advertised, would have been nice. If you are looking for a cheap place to lay your head after a long day, and ONLY plan to sleep, i would say that if you bring your own linens you should be safe. If you want to unwind for a while, book somewhere else.

“Stay away from Days Inn at Ritchfield, Utah.”

Very poor service Put us in the basement, gave us the worst room, and told us all the rooms were booked - Thanksgiving weekend - no one around - you got to be kidding!

“OK hotel”

I stay one night on my way from denver to LA. The room is clean and big enough. No wireless but I can borrow a cable from the front desk. The AC is a bit noisy. No free breakfast. It worthed the price I had and met my expectation.
