This is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Rhodes. Not only are the hotel's location and amenities extraordinary, what really makes this the best place to stay are the people. From the gentlemen who meet you when you first arrive, the helpful front desk team, the genuine care extends to the housekeeping staff, the people who make the dining experiences the best. The team who make the pool experience relaxing and manage the dining experience throughout your stay are exceptional. If going to to Rhodes, this should be your place to stay and a base for you explore the island.

Wonderful Hotel convenient for Rhodes Old Town
Excellent hotel which is very convenient for Rhodes Old Town. It has everything you would expect from a hotel of this quality but it is the calibre and friendliness of all the staff that makes it really stand out. This a gem of a hotel which I would highly recommend.

Rodos Park a recommended base for the Old Town.
Amazing hotel. Location 10 minutes walk from the Old Town of Rhodes. Welcome drink on arrival. Room clean and bed very comfortable. Requested change of pillows as need a firm pillow, this was done with no fuss. Lovely view of the old town walls from the balcony of the room. Very atmospheric. Staff very helpful and friendly in the pool bar, the breakfast service and reception. Reception staff helped with booking of tours and taxis. As requested. Had a very good lunch by the pool. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants in the old town so plenty of choice. The archeological museum is very interesting and you can get a ticket which also admits you to 3 more buildings within the Old Town. We took a coach to Lindos to see the acropolis. Would suggest you read about visiting before going as it can be very busy at times and there is a steep climb with around 250 steps. We would certainly return to Rhodes and definitely book the same hotel again.

a fine hotel that is made great by amazing staff
this is an amazing hotel. The facilities are fine, although the room isn't very big, pillows are a bit flat, a/c wasn't very cool and we had a problem with the shower door our last morning, but the location is excellent...easy walk to the port and to the old town, but most of all, the staff is amazing...they make this a great hotel! Special shout out to Christiana and Kiki, and to George and to Adonis, and to Irene in food services...and there are others...who made our stay memorable and something we'd LOVE to be able to repeat.

A fantastic place to stay near the old town
My stay was fantastic. I really enjoyed the pool area, the breakfast was great and being so close to the old town was magnificent. The people who worked there were also so welcoming and nice. I talked a bit with Antonina who showed me the room, and she did everything perfect. Told me all relevant info, gave tips and was very nice. The man I assume was the boss (I don’t remember his name) is also a guy who just spread joy among the people who work there and the guests. There was a nice live concert which I enjoyed greatly. I recommend this hotel!

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and always ready with a smile. It was quite pricey to eat or drink at the hotel. I would have used it more for that if the prices were a little lower

Rooms were comfortable and fairly large. The whole hotel was a pleasant haven. Service was without fault. Outside restaurant was great and the breakfasts were excellent. Hotel is in a great location to the walled city of Rhodes (5-8 min walk). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Love this place and its staff. It is perfectly located between old and new. The staff are amazingly friendly always prepared to share local secrets. The property has a hint of old work luxury. Although opulent, it could probably do with a decor makeover. It is very comfortable and clean.

We paid for a deluxe double room which we were told had a view of the old town but it only had a view of the main road and had no sun on the balcony at all. The pool itself was lovely but there were hardly any sun beds actually in the sun as it is very shaded by trees. Good facilities, lovely breakfast and good check out service as you can leave luggage and shower in the spa if you have a later flight. Cocktail roof bar is amazing although very pricey.

Perfect!
Really recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing stay with the benefits of the bars and restaurants of the old town. The location's perfect, just a short stroll into the old town but you can also walk to the beach and the modern side of town too, and about 30 minute drive to the airport. They upgraded our room which was nice, so we had a bigger balcony. Pool area is really nice, decent sized pool and some trees to give shade if you prefer that, and a lovely sitting area too. It's a very calm and tranquil hotel. Breakfast buffet had a lot of good options. The best thing for us was the service, everyone was impeccable, friendly and helpful. Little touches like bringing you watermelon by the pool were really appreciated, and letting us use the spa to shower before catching our late flight after we'd checked out.

We were made to feel so welcome on arrival and the staff were wonderful. The hotels location is perfect for exploring Rhodes and it’s facilities great for a relaxing break. The best hotel we have stayed in on our seven weeks away. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Rhodes and we will definitely stay again if we return to Rhodes.

Great location and fine place to stay
It is in an excellent location right by the old and new towns, easy walking distance. The rooms are good, and we had a nice balcony- facing the pool. The pool is good but space around fairly limited, so need to get there early if want a bed! Also Rhodes is a small island so the flight path into the airport goes over head, but not much of a distraction. Rooms facing the pool get the morning sunlight, but also face the little road in front which has some traffic, although the noise was not bad. Rooms at the back are quieter and get afternoon sun. Breakfast was very good and the staff excellent. Definitely would stay there again if back in Rhodes.

This was a great 5* hotel in a fab position - an easy stroll to the beautiful old town. Excellent en suite bedroom, very spacious, modern and clean. Both the restaurant and reception staff were friendly and very helpful. We had inclusive breakfast which was extensive. The only evening meal at the hotel was a little underwhelming and definitely overpriced. There are so many great atmospheric tavernas in Rhodos Town which are cheaper and serving fantastic classic Greek dishes. Worth heading off the main routes to find the best.

Great location close to old town
Having driven past some monstrous looking hotels on the way to Rhodes town from the airport we were delighted to find that this place was nothing like them. The staff were delightful and very helpful. They looked after the car for us, and gave us great ideas of things to do and see not just near Rhodes town but the whole island. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast gave a very good selection, and items running low were topped up quite quickly. The pool is a good size, and the only issue with it can be that there are not loads of beds, so you can’t always find one free where you want to sit. But it was wonderful being able to have a swim at the end of a day of sightseeing, and I am not aware of others like it that are so close to the old town. That is only about 5 minutes walk away, so we were there every evening, and there are some great places to eat – ask the hotel for recommendations. We loved the place and would not consider staying anywhere else when we return – which we will.

A fantastic hotel. Greeted at check in with a cool towel and a glass of lemonade this set the tone for the stay. A clean and airy room with a good sized bathroom and modern amenities. The hotel itself has brilliant facilities a good pool and bar and a roof top cocktail bar with a stunning view. Location wise it is perfect 10/15 minute walk to anywhere in Rhodes town and only a few minutes from the old town. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Lovely stay
The hotel is in the perfect location,within walking distance to the old town and beach,offering the perfect balance of holiday with something for everyone. The pool and spa are also fantastic. The staff do thoughtful things such as offer free watermelon or shot glasses with a frozen smoothie in the day as you relax. I had my nails done in the spa whilst being shown the best places to go in the island by the lovely,talented ladies. I would also recommend eating at the restaurant for lunch or dinner (particularly the haloumi salad!) I would definitely go back!

Great hotel situated within easy reach of both the old and new town. Staff were all excellent. After a five day island stay we returned to Rhodes for a night flight. We had about five hours to kill and the staff allowed us to store our luggage and use the pool even though we weren't staying there again.

Easy walk from the old town
Only 2 issues that made it less than perfect. The hotel is under the landing approach for the airport and on the 1st night the air con was centrally set too hot we couldnt lower. Fixed next day (when we asked)

Lovey hotel, handy to get into the Old Town
Great staff and hotel. Breakfast outside by the pool really made the hotel for us.

Beautiful Hotel
The location is perfect, sitting a couple of minutes walk from the Amboise gate leading to the Old Town. The beach is about 10 minutes away but we never got there preferring to spend our days wandering about this amazing, atmospheric town and then relaxing about the pool in the late evening. The pool area is very swish as is the rest of this stunning hotel. It's sumptuous but homely at the same time. Staff are extremely friendly especially the smiling manager Evengelios and the rooms are spotless. Breakfast was the best I've ever had. Cocktails are pricey but worth the view from rooftop bar. Room slightly on the small side but the balcony overlooking the ruins was quiet and private. My only niggle was the glass door on bathroom which didn't give much privacy.

Ideally placed for all amenities in the old and new towns, this hotel lived up to its reviews and delivered a most delightful stay. In particular the staff are exceptional and never failed to give excellent service with a smile.

A week's break in the sun
Beautifully appointed hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Room comfortably furnished if a bit on the small side. More than adequate if small shower room (but with a glass door that wasn't very private). Breakfast buffet good with attentive staff. Pool very pleasant but could do with some more parasols. Pool-side restaurant a nice place to be. Food is good but the service we had was a bit fragmented. Staff training needing some attention perhaps?
