“could have been better”
Nice place, good breakfast, clean but air conditioning really didnt work as well as we would have liked it to. The room was not comfortable. Also some staff could have been more friendly to the guests.

This hotel was fine for our one night stopover. We checked in at 9pm and left at 6:30am, so we didn't have time to use the pool or other amenities. Breakfast was the usual cold offerings, plus make your own waffles. When we went to breakfast at 6:15am,, there was no more batter for the waffles and the coffee had run out! Didn't have time to wait, so no breakfast for us! The room was a little on the tired side.

I loved the 24 hour pool, hot tub and spa. I liked the breakfast. I had no problem at checkout, as the clerk said my credit card was charged when I made the reservation through Expedia. I haven't received my bill yet, but don't expect any additional charges. The only thing I didn't like was there was no elevator, and my 88 year old dad had to go up & down stairs with a cane. I didn't know about the lack of an elevator as that wasn't in the description, and wish you were given a choice of first or second floor.
“Long weekend in Eagle River”
Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. I was a bit put off by the daily fee for the use of a refrigerator in the room. I usually get this at no charge. I did not take advantage of the continental breakfast due to diet restrictions (thus the need for the refrigerator). I would definitely stay there again.
“Winter Wonderland”
Room was good and price was reasonable. Housekeeping was excellent. Only issue was noise from Youth Hockey teams staying in the Hotel. Parents seemed to be missing as kids roamed free.
“A good selection in Eagle River”
Eagle River is a sportsman's paradise and, if you can't live there, this motel is a great place to call home when you visit. Clean, comfortable, affordable, nice breakfast room and food selection, and a whirlpool to sooth the sore muscles after a day in the woods.

Very nice motel. Nice pool area. Restaurant next door.
“It's satisfactory”
Our room smelled like cigarette smoke covered up with air freshener. It was fairly clean, but everything is well used. It suited our one night stay. The kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was nice.
