Situated in Adelianos Kampos, just 7 kilometers east of Rethymno town and a mere 1 kilometer from the pristine beach, our villa offers a haven for up to 12 guests across its 6 bedrooms. The villa covers 180m2 and spreads in two levels. Whether youre a large family seeking quality time together or a group of friends in search of the ultimate getaway, Villa Aetos is your ideal retreat!
Ground Floor
Step inside to discover a spacious open-plan living area that seamlessly merges with a fully equipped kitchen. Cozy up by the fireplace on large, inviting sofas while enjoying satellite TV. Adjacent to this, a generously sized dining table accommodates over 10 guests. Also on this floor, youll find a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms - one with a double bed and another with two single beds. The living area opens up to a sprawling, roofed veranda complete with a dining table, offering the perfect setting for al fresco dining and enjoying beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding area.
First Floor
Ascend the wide wooden staircase to reach the first floor, where youll find four additional bedrooms, all furnished with double beds. The main bedroom boasts an en-suite toilet, and theres also a luxurious main bathroom featuring a hydromassage bathtub. Each bedroom on this floor has access to its own balcony or the outdoors, with the dynamic sea view from the first-floor balcony offering truly breathtaking vistas.
Outdoor area

Villa Aetos features a spacious outdoor area with a private pool, lush gardens, and a shaded patio for leisurely outdoor enjoyment.More specifically the outdoor facilities include:
- A 45m2 private swimming pool with ladder access. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, a shaded gazebo with a seating lounge, as well as a hammock.
- Fully equipped barbecue facilities with a charcoal grill and an outdoor sink.
- Outdoor playground for children in a lawn-covered area to spend their day with fun!
- A vegetable garden with fresh produce which you can use for your meals.
- A ramp is also available at the main entrance of the villa for guests with restricted mobility needs.
- The Villa has its own entrance and is fully fenced, offering full privacy and security to our guests.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA

The villa is located in "Adelianos Kampos" area, which is 7 km east from Rethymno town and around 1 km from the beach. The long 15 km sandy beach of Rethymno lies in front of Adelianos Kampos stretches.

In Adelianos Kampos you will find options for eating, shopping, entertainment and activities such as tennis court and kart tracks, most of them are reachable in around 1 km distance.

The beach is very well organised with umbrellas, lifeguards, changing rooms, showers, bars, etc. It is very popular for its infrastructure of the water sports and beach sports. The sea is shallow but often wavy, like all open beaches of north Crete. Sea turtles lay their eggs on this vast beach and that is why you might see some marked points with ropes and signs.

Next to Adelianos Kampos and before the town of Rethymno, you will find the touristic area of Platanias, where you can find shops, restaurants, beach bars, clubs, supermarkets and everything else that you might need!

It is a great location for vacations in Rethymno, close to everything but also a quiet place to relax!
