The hotel is fine, the rooms are small but nicely appointed and clean. Check in was easy, as was check out. Staff was helpful and pleasant. We weren’t thrilled with the downtown area as there are a lot of street people which is sad. Also the casinos at The Row are not very exciting, with older machines. The choices for regular food (breakfast & casual dinner) were limited.

Very satisfied with the stay. Very convenient that it’s physically connected to circus circus and the el dorado so there’s something for the whole family even little kids- mix of restaurants/casino/arcades. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
I was disappointed in our room. The bathroom was extremely small. It would certainly not accommodate a large person. The ceiling in the main room had some water damage that was poorly repaired. There were also repairs in the bathroom that were sloppily done, paint splatters etc. I will not be staying at this property again.

It’s been many years since I’ve stayed at Silver Legacy. I switched to the Eldorado because checkin was easier than Silver Legacy. Things have changed for the better. Checkin and checkout was a breeze at Silver Legacy, this time. As always, the decorations are beautiful, the views are stunning, and proximity to all the fun was perfect. I’ll start saying here again.

Didn’t like that casinos are smoking. Front desk staff was slow.
The check in was very irritating: there was only one person assisting. Everyone had to do self check in on a computer. It was annoying and obviously some people were totally lost. Then you had to come back after you got a text your room was ready and have the machine produce a key card. This operation should be optional. Check out was the same unless you got ahead by checking out on the tv. Very few restaurants which were under staffed, slow and poor selection.

It was a girl's weekend to see Seinfeld and Gladys Knight. I ordered extra 150 feet in the room for 4 of us. There was plenty of room, the beds were comfortable. When we asked for more towels, they brought them promptly. Only complaint would of been a pocket door for the sink bathroom for more privacy. Otherwise it was so much fun and so roomy. Thanks Silver Legacy!
The only don’t like de Pool area but everything also is excellent I loved

I started getting annoyed at check-in. There were only two clerks to check in a line running halfway to the valet desk. They want folks to use the machines that they’ve set up in place of people, but evidently people want to deal with PEOPLE! My annoyance grew when I learned that, payment of a daily resort fee notwithstanding, the hot tub is off-limits to folks who haven’t ante’d up for a ‘Spa Pass’.

Staffing was horrible!!! Everything was extra ie coffee pods in room, waiting 30 minutes to ck in after being told it would be $30 for being 30 minutes early. Left and returned to wait 30 minutes for Jennifer to ck me in. I stood with about 10 people behind me to clean her station. Management came out no relief. I made the joke to the line watch they will all disappear to the back room.

Property was great, but due to a mix-up with the booking agency, expedia.com, total cost was nealry $90 more than disclosed, we were lucky they still had a open room as the dates we had reserved, somehow got changed on the website, so we had to pay a higher room rate or find another place.

I stayed in room 3154. The carpet is filthy.
Also, This is the first time I have stayed in any hotel where they charged $20 dollars to check in early. I understand there is a designated check-in time usually between 3 and 4pm but if the room is ready it seems classless and tacky to nickel and dime loyal customers to charge a fee just to check-in. I have always enjoyed my stays in the past at SL but I'm thinking in the future I probably will stay somewhere else.
