The rooms and beds were tiny, there was no soap, no possibility to make coffee, no personnel to be reached after 7 and on a Sunday not possible to order breakfast. Wher rooms were, hoe to get in and out were all poorly communicated.

Close to Pont du Gard, but nothing to recommend
We had a small room with a shower stall washroom that had a terrible odor (think trap under drain was either missing or dry, we flushed water down and it improved slightly) and caulking around enclosure had mold or stains. While it was nice to be close to see the acqueduct, we would recommend staying in Nimes or Avignon and making a day trip here as nothing much else we found to recommend in the town.

Terrible hotel, not worth the price, no wifi
One of the worst hotel stays. Wifi doesn't work. Hotel reception only open a few hours a day. Very expensive for what you get. It felt like a coffin, it was so small. It smelled like sewage the entire time. It was dirty - everything from the floors, to the cobwebs all over the walls, to the dishes being grimy. And for some reason, only getting one roll of toilet paper really put me over the edge. I would never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.

A clean and convenient place to stay.
It is a very clean and comfortable place for family to stay and enjoy the nearby areas. The rooms are spacy and clean, the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is sufficient for making simple meal.

Walking distance to Pont-du-Gard
Best part was the proximity to Pont-du-Gard. Front desk had weird limited hours. Front desk agent who checked us in wasn't very friendly - everything we asked about was answered with a "no".

Worried at first site, ended up pleasantly surpris
When we 1st drive up, we were extremely nervous with the big security gate and motel looking exterior. The front desk agent also wasn't very welcoming and answered "no" to almost every question. However after the initial shock, we realized we were 1 family of Americans amongst all French families. Once we settled in, got some groceries, and walked to the Pont-du-Gard, we were all pleased with the facility. Buyer beware: Ikea type furnishings; supply your own pool towels; give ID for ping pong and foosball equipment; severely limited front desk hours; I washed all good utensils and plates before use; buy own dishwashing detergent

Watch out for pool closings and checkin times
We booked a one night stay for family with kids on a roadtrip, and arrived after a long drive to a drastic disappointment, as the pool was "closed" without a reason that would make any sense. This was a very big thing for us as we had selected this hotel particularly because the nice photos of the pool. The staff bluntly declined our attempts to accommodate even the smallest exceptions to "rules". The hotel building was new, nice and tidy. It's good to notice though that it is not a real hotel but a holiday club which rents out empty apartments as hotel rooms. As a result, reception services are not 24/7, late check-ins may not be possible, and check-out time is already at 10 am.

Disappointing
Badly arranged. B219 probably one of the worst apartments. Balcony faces inner courtyard, stair well and lift shaft. Therefore limited sun. Not a good view of France. Kitchen OK but not enough preparation space or cupboard space for food. Ok for overnight. Make sure that you book Block A. Wouldn't go back to it.

Bien situé mais chambre sale
Le complexe est très joli par contre la chambre était sale avec une odeur d’humidité….la literie laisse vraiment à désirer. Concernant l’accueil n’arrivez surtout pas en avance vous serez coincé à l’extérieur du parking ( dans la rue ) vu que l’accueil ouvre uniquement à l’heure d’arrivée….. Par contre le personnel est agréable et souriant, la piscine très propre et le petit déjeuner copieux. Avis mitigé qui aurait pu être top si le logement était nickel 👌

Prise en main du studio très moyen. En effet il manquait les oreillers que nous avons obtenu deux jours Après. quatre ampoules sur six était grillé. Toujours pas changé le jour de notre départ malgré nos demandes à la réception au de me rend très sympathique, la propreté et tres moyennes, les douches était noire de moisissures, belle Établissement mais manque d’entretien. Merci et cordialement.

Je trouve particulièrement malhonnête de donner exhaustivement tous les détails concernant la réservation et les prestations à attendre tout en n’indiquant pas CLAIREMENT que le dernier jour permis d’annulation de la réservation dure une minute! En effet, ce jour-là, il est possible d’annuler jusqu’à… 00h01! Ce devrait être indiqué sans qu’il soit besoin de cliquer sur un minuscule i Le piège est miteux. Dès mon retour chez moi, je ferai un signalement sur le site gouvernemental Signal conso ainsi qu’à la répression des fraudes.

Bon sejour mais au niveau de la literie le 2 matelas sont à changer trop mous pas confortable le studio est trop petit manque de rangements et donne sur une cour intérieure

vacances agreables et reposantes dans un environnement paisible et arbore. proche du centre ville . par contre spa ,sauna;hamman sont en supplement de 12euros un peu cher a mon avis pour une fin septembre vu la meteo a cette epoque .. je pense malgre tout revenir saison prochaine . un havre de paix pour ceux qui souhaitent de la detente ..
