This property is in a Beautiful setting with a lot of natural areas, golf course, and a feeling of calm. The facility could use an update as things are pretty worn.

Parking was horrible since they were repaving. You could park across the street but there was a conference so very limited parking. Also their fire system went down the last night. They didn't notify anyone but put some signs on a few doors but not every door. Property outside of the lodge was well maintained.

How disappointing. For a lodge. This place could be really nice. The grounds and offerings are great, but the lodge was dirty and cheaply put together. Really… bricks and wood for a book shelf? No water for patrons? No coffee? Who decorated this place. It needs an upgrade. Would not stay here again. The mattresses didn’t even have encasements.

The property is very user friendly, not crowded with easy access to pools, sauna, fitness center and hiking paths. I have stayed many times, the staff is very nice and accommodating.

The hallway looks like the Shining, adding to the effect, one of the outside doors didn't close all the way, creating a moaning whistle. The room was nice and very clean. We had a quiet and pleasant stay. Staff was courteous and the dining options were plentiful and delicious.

The room was clean, but 55 degrees when we got there at 930 pm. The thermostat kept flashing error. I called the front desk to tell them and was informed that maintenance would be notified. We checked out before anyone showed up. The toilet which was on 12 inches off the floor was at least 30 yeats old (it was a 6 gallon flush) didnt flush. We felt the reason this room was discounted on Expedia was because it was sub par. Overall, the lodge stay was disappointing for our couple get-away. Real bummer since time away is so rare. Id give it a 3 out of 10.

The room was super outdated. Didnt really look like the photos. The shower had a nasty gross shower head that barley let any water out of it. We were only in our hotel for the night so we didnt wanna complain about anything. The staff was super nice during check in. Just not at all what we expected from photos.

Love this property, but could use some updates
I have always loved this hotel. I love the location, the Christmas light display this time of year, and the vast amount of walking trails around the property. However, it would be nice to see some updates with the rooms in the lodge. Also, attention to items not working in the room would be appreciated. The light on our porch was out and the phone in the room was not working. Just small details that seem to be overlooked the past few times we have stayed.

Got to the hotel very nice they allowed us to check in early. The room was dated. very nice views of the golf course. Took a shower water went everywhere out shower. Head was clogged up. Tile floor though out was sticky. No store to buy drinks, snacks. No breakfast except a the restaurant paid for kid's meal at 8 dollars I purchased a regular breakfast and got 1 extra egg it cost me 6 dollars more than the kids breakfast with 2 strips of bacon hash browns toast was the deal. Have a great day.

This resort wouldn’t seem to be outdated from the outside. The golf resort and surrounding landscape are a very eastern Oregon/Sunriver vibe but inside is another story. It feels like the lodge portion hasn’t been updated since maybe the 80s or 90s which would be fine if things looked consistently outdated and not patch worked just to keep functioning. As an example, our bathroom fan sounded like a car engine when tuned on and there were two surge protectors so that you don’t notice the limited outlets in the room. It was overall a comfortable experience and the price was great but the hotel could use a major upgrade.

Short stay but always great
We have stayed here multiple times and always have a great experience. The rooms are clean, nice size and quiet. We enjoy walking the area and visiting the lounge a short distance by foot from the lodge.

Over priced and Underserved. Disappointed
Our room was located next to a service door that was used frequently and made for sleepless nights and mornings. Considering the hotel was a ghost town it made NO sense to place us there. We also had a set of friends who left a Sat early because their stay was also compromised. We do not plan on staying her again. We would appreciate some compensation for their lack of value. Very disappointed.

Nice resort for hiking and golf. Really not a good place for food. nothing available. Breakfast not free, Buy food at market you won’t regret it. Rooms ok, outdated a bit! Overall stay just ok!

Underwhelmed.
Our stay was sufficient for what we needed but the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. There was a buzzing/ringing noise coming from the fridge that made sleep hard to get. Hotels.com didn’t relay the $60 pet fee. And really overall for the price it wasn’t great.
