A perfect late getaway!
We had a wonderful stay & really enjoyed the house, property & lake! A few things I would have loved to read ahead of time: - There is a grill! - To get to the king bedroom from inside the house, you have to walk through the queen bedroom. The king bedroom also has its own outside door. - The yard was great - larger than we thought from the pictures! - It was deep enough to jump off the dock and our little one really liked the sandy entrance to the water. Bring water shoes if you want to go out more than a foot into the water. - The inside is cozy/small, but so well thought through and very nicely furnished & maintained. The screened in porch and outside is spacious, and that is where you will spend all your time :) Beds were all very comfortable and lines were nice. - Storage is limited for clothes and food/pantry. Get yourself organized when you arrive - think less is more when you pack :) We highly recommend and will likely be back!

Home away from home!
The Paulin house was a true "home-away-from-home." Our family hasn't had a real vacation since before the pandemic broke out, and this space invited us to fully relax and get away. This space is clean, well-appointed, comfortable, and homey. The firepit and fireplace, canoes and kayaks, hammock, sleeping spaces, and huge screened-in porch made it so that we didn't really even have to leave the Camp to enjoy ourselves. Even so, there's plenty to enjoy nearby: we could either go for a beautiful nearby hike, or head down to Portland and enjoy the city's sights. A perfect vacation all around.

Yearly event vacation
We enjoy everything about the property the house is set up well has everything that’s needed. My girlfriend and I spend first part of the week alone and then my daughter and her family comes in the grandkids love it.

Great location. Clean and comfy with high end upgrades.
Just what we needed. So close to the lake and so relaxing. The only reason for 4 stars on the accuracy of the listing was because it is smaller than it looks online. But the cottage was very clean, nice upgrades done, no neighbors were home during the week, and it was just what we needed for rest and relaxation. Would definitely recommend! Jeremy answered our questions as needed throughout the week, without hovering over us, respecting our privacy, which we expect and appreciated. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! 😊

Amazing Family Vacation on the Lake!

Lake House 5/1/22
Our week long stay at the lake house was amazing! We met Jeremy upon arrival, and he was so inviting and friendly to chat with. The house is cozy (which we knew, but very well laid out). It was spotless upon arrival and stocked with everything you would need. The property is right on the lake, has its own little cove with a child friendly beach area (our small children loved this and played there all day long) and easy water access for the canoe. Views are simply breathtaking. You get both the sunrise and sunset. If you need to unwind and relax this is it! (Though I imagine the summer months get more crowded, but we had the entire area to ourselves).. it’s so peaceful and quiet! We knew we wanted to book another stay at this lake house before our vacation even ended! We can’t wait! Thank you so much for hosting us, it was definitely the vacation we needed!

Dream come true lake house
Truly amazing!!a little slice of heaven, so beautiful! Extremely well appointed... my husband and I have traveled to Maine for quite a while now, tending(much) further north, always wistfully saying we should check out Sebago, and in our time we’ve stayed in your basic camp, and learned over the years what we need, and what we like. This home hit a home run, and has won our hearts! It truly is perfection, from the location, secluded yet near everything, to its as I said, decor, just, a home, a peaceful sanctuary, a true beauty! Halfway through our time, we were hoping to book again, and with happy but heavy hearts, we said goodbye, paving the way for another’s wonderful memories. Many thanks to the P. We found this peaceful, immaculate cabin just what our spirit needed. Unfortunately we had to make a quick emergency exit mid-week when my 95 year old mother took a turn and passed away shortly after our return home. I hope to one day return under better circumstances.

Fall on Sebago Lake
My wife and I just completed a two week stay in this cute house that is situated on a beautiful lot on Sebago Lake. The house was clean and wonderfully furnished. We enjoyed all the property had to offer which included a canoe, two kayaks, a dock and fire ring that looked out onto the lake. The owner was wonderful to deal with. We look forward to a return visit and cannot say enough about this wonderful house!

What a dream!
I can't speak highly enough of our stay at this beautiful lake house! We had an amazing and relaxing week and were so impressed with every detail. The owners thought of everything! The view was spectacular and the home felt impeccably clean and cared for. We especially loved the beautiful mix of high-end decor matched with a cozy Maine cabin feel. Beautiful Updated Cabin
First off, this property is in a great spot and has absolutely stunning views of the lake. We enjoyed many sunsets and and sunny days just sitting on the lawn in the Adirondack chairs. My family enjoyed the fire pit for roasting s’mores and swimming in the lake. Even the one stormy afternoon we had was fine, because we were able to watch the storm roll in from the comfort of the screened in porch. The cabin had a wide variety of cooking tools available, which made our stay easy, and we had a great night’s sleep after every busy day thanks to the comfy beds. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely spend our vacation on the lake here again.

The property was lovely and well stocked. The lake was GORGEOUS, but freezing cold lol. Loved the use of the canoe. It is the perfect get away. Just seemed far from restaurants. The only con I could think of was it got a little warm a couple days in the daytime and needs maybe a window unit. But that was just my preference. It was a perfectly lovely lakehouse.

The cottage was great and had everything you would need. The location is perfect with views from 3 sides. The fishing was horrible. I think we were a week too early. The only 3 fish we caught were from the house dock. Using bass boat on entire lake never produced a fish. Jeremy was very reachable and answered any questions I had. -Brian

The rental was as advertised and the entire experience was breathtaking. This was our first trip to Maine and we really had a good time. We will definitely be back. Beautiful setting, our weather was cooler than we would have liked. Home is beautifully outfitted with high end fixtures, linens, and furniture. The layout is awkward though. You need to walk through the queen bedroom to get to the king bedroom. We had a great, relaxing weekend.

Home away from home!
Our second time at the cottage. It is just spectacular in every way! Fits our family of 5 ( 3 teenage kids) perfectly. The lay-out, the amenities, the views!! This year we took advantage of the new dock and rented a boat for the day. SO glad we did. Sebago Lake is beautiful! Will miss the lazy, breezy mornings on the porch and the stunning sunsets over the lake each night. This is a prime location. We look forward to returning next year to this very well-cared for cottage.

Relaxing retreat on the lake
This property is beautiful and very well cared for. You can tell that the owners as well as all the renters take pride in its condition as it looks just built. We had a very relaxing stay and have already voted to come back next year. Convenient to stores for needed supplies, not that you need much more than food. This cottage/camp has it all. We really loved the heated bathroom floor.
