The check-in was flawless and the front desk attendant was friendly. The only little issue was the bathroom, I don't think it was cleaned before we got to our room. We found old soaps in the shower and a dirty towel behind the door.

Got in late and was given a room facing I-80. Asked for a room facing away and despite not being full, desk clerk would not move us. Vehicle noise terrible through the night. Breakfast area was unkept and under stocked. Newish facility in good shape but if you stay here get a north facing room!!

It was comfortable, clean, and warm -- what I wanted. Food in the area is sketchy, meaning you'd better be there by 9p or don't expect food. Two places that advertised open till 10 were closed by 9p. The two advertizing open 24hrs were closed by the time I got to them -- before 10p. Good thing the truck stop had a hot dog! The truck stop a couple exits west may have been open, but I didn't know it existed until leaving the next day.

Everything was fine except that the shower didn’t work as no lever or way to push the water from the faucet part up to the shower head. I did take pictures in case there was a question. I didn’t see staff when I left in the morning so didn’t report it but it had to be obvious to ataff

The hotel was fine while we were there. Very close to the interstate so it had some noise at night. The frustration came the next day when we had checked out and I realized I had left my prescription glasses in the bathroom. I called the front deak and the man was incredibly difficult. I asked if I could pay the bill to have my glasses sent to me and he refused to help. He said I had to come pick them up but I was already 9 hours away in Kansas at that time. For a hotel off I-80 one would think they would be more accomodating to travelers who are clearly driving through.

I had terrible time there! They charged me for a service animal! They asked for “service animal card” which is not a thing. They asked why I need my service animal. Then argued with me about it. Staff was rude. Hotel room shower was broken and only thing that was nice was lady that cleans rooms did a good job. There dog poop all over grass. Breakfast was cold and hard right when it opens.

stayed at Days Inn Wyndham two nights earlier and it was great. breakfast was horrible. o.j. watered down, chipped beef watered down too. Yuk!! sausage pale and uncooked looking, probably microwaved. no yogurt, no pastry. Solid ice on entry both arriving and morning.

Facility not well cared for. No heat was on in room when we arrived at 11:00pm and it was 18 degrees outside. Parking lot so icy it was difficult to walk into the building.

Dirty room, rude front desk staff. Pet friendly only if you take the worst room in the place. No refrigerator, no clock, hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor, stained carpet, desk chair has so many stains I’d sit on the dirt before sitting in it. Peeling paint on bathroom walls, toilet loose and rocks when you sit on it. At 4am an alarm went off in the next room, right by my head. It kept going. Went to front desk staff just looked at me like what do you want me to do. Went back to room, 15 minutes later still going off. Back to desk he finally came to room to hear it. It stopped finally. At 5:15 am it started again. Back to desk. Here it is 5:30 am and I’m still listening to this dang alarm because the front desk staff will do nothing about it. Best advise is to avoid this place! Unless you like dirty rooms and alarms going off at all hours of the morning, Going to front desk again for the 4th time!!!!

Toilet ran all night long and would not flush. Was told at checkin that I had the last room -- was not told that it was the last room re: my online reservation. The next morning, treated like crap and Jay would not write down the phone number for the manager - "you can look it up" --- lots more - hoping there are videos as the whole check out was AWFUL.

The Hotel was ok, The Elevator needs to be cleaned up, which is no big deal for my stay. Rooms are small but was clean and the bed was comfortable. Easy access to the freeway and services.

When the sheets are stained. Window cushions are stained and desk chair is stained…you get a feeling of dirty and uncomfortable. Rooms are extremely small. And beds are uncomfortable. I’ll never stay here again.
