"After several times visiting this resort, every experience is worse than the last. I thought I’d give it one more try and regret every minute. Staff is rude and short, the only good place to eat is the Asian restaurant. Don’t waste your money."

"I was there for two weeks. The Staff from front to back was amazing! The AC worked great. The hotel itself does not change your towels they will supply you with two, and they are yours for your entire stay, you can take them with you when you leave. I would stay again, because of the accommodating staff and the price."

"The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Plenty of parking around the building. Breakfast and coffee was available on site but extremely expensive. Coffee was provided in the room, it was not keurig type of coffee pot (I brought extra pods from home), and the coffee provided was not good quality. I'm a coffee snob. My only issue is that I made this reservation in February and found out a few weeks ago that the training I was suppose to attend was cancelled. I tried to move (not cancel) my reservation to another property up north and the property would not work with me. I told them I was even willing to pay the difference if it was allowed. They would not budge."

"If you are looking for a a no hassle Upscale property to stay at? This is the one, from the time of booking to the time of depature our trip was excellent, The communication was swift and accurate, The property speaks volumes for itself, It was exactly what we were expecting and even nicer than the pictures advertised. Clean, Affordable, and if you don't have fun here, Im not sure what to tell Ya. "The staff was excellent especially the young woman who checked me in. She was very helpful. Even though I had to switch my room 3 times (because the furniture was frayed, or the electronics didn't work correctly or the bath tubs were pealing!) Also I found a used fork in the refrigerator in my first room. The light switch had a crack in it (be careful so you aren't charged for it) the toilet had like a stain that was kind of rough and wouldn't come off. The first rooms tub was also stained and the faucet kept dripping. After finally finding a halfway decent room, the tub was still stained. Two of the outlets didn't work, the remote didn't function properly and there may have been bed bugs! The staff did their best but they don't control the rooms and functions within them. Aria was helpful as well, welcoming kind and as helpful as she could be. The breakfast was a bit of a let down, no meat breakfast options if you don't eat pork. Also their eggs looked like a fried egg pancake? Overall I would try to find another hotel if you can! If not just be mindful and check the beds and sheets for bed bug marks! Again the staff (those two women specifically) made the stay there worth it!"
