The staff is very racist if you are white you are ok, I am Latino and they made sure to let me know. I don’t recommend this hotel because of their racist staff

lovely hotel with great staff
Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days on a B &B basis there. Beautifully maintained and well run with delightful staff. Our junior suite was spacious and elegant. Right on beach and near shops, restaurants. But; on arrival we were transferred to much less elegant hotel down the road for first night as Palace did not have room available; Palace hotel’s own private beach costs between 50 and 100 euros per day (depending on distance from sea) for two chairs and umbrella; and only one dinner venue at fixed price of 70 euros per head for 4 course meal. Shame about these -otherwise a lovely hotel and town to stay at.

Better than expected
The Hotel Palace was much more than we expected. It is beautiful, the staff was extremely helpful with directions, restaurants, securing a guide for us in Ravenna. It is in a great location, easy to walk to shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Semplicemente fantastico. Nonostante molti penseranno che è un giudizio scontato per un 5 stelle ciò che contraddistingue il Palace Hotel è l'incredibile atmosfera di cordialità, disponibilità e lusso racchiusa nella cornice di una totale privacy. Concludere che al Palace Hotel every wish is possible.

Non c'è ne uno migliore
Albergo da sogno pranzo e cena fantastici, colazione favolosa. Impossibile trovare qualcosa che non funzioni perché lo staff in questo albergo è tutto, dal semplice uscire al personale di servizio in camera. Siete i migliori.

Generelt meget bra standard, flott frokost. God service. Problem med air condition på rommet. Fin pool,og tilnærmet privat strand. Svært negativt overrasket at da vi ved utcheck ble avkrevd høyt gebyr på bruk av stranden, uten noe forvarsel.

our first time in this hotel! huge room, we were astonished! nice balcony, where we had a apero, pool in front of the house and two steps from the Sea and a lot of restaurants and shops. and especially very kind people at the front desk! we'll come back :).

ho acquistato una doppia con colazione in offerta via internet il giorno stesso:risparmio circa del 70%.Il nostro primo 5 stelle! E che colazione, anche il salmone! Un servizio davvero impeccabile. Piscina all'aperto riscaldata (ne ho approfittato, naturalmente), direttamente sulla spiaggia. Bagno con idromassaggio... Indimenticabile.
