One of the coolest places i have ever stayed in starting from the easy checkin , the apartment was super spacious with an amazing view, everything were convenient and the staff were very friendly!

Great place to stay in RAK
Overall experience was really good, though some areas need clear improvement, which would've easily made us giving a 5 star rating. Starting with the on-call experience, waiting time in the reception to get the keys, no-proper guidance on how to access the swimming pool or any other common amenities needs improvement. Also the access card to the villa was not working most of the time and we also had almost a 7-8 hours of network disconnection (no wi-fi or anything). Though the customer care people were keen to take feedbacks and listening to all the issues, there was no specific action taken and instead offered discounts on the next visit, which we have to wait & see. The booking experience through direct telephone call was horrible and we didn't like the way the booking person (Mr. Mike) handled us. So we didn't book and instead booked through Hotels.com. The Villa & the community was really good. We had a small indoor pool, which was really good and we enjoyed it. It was 2 mins walk to the beach (but no waves) and 3 mins walk to the community swimming pool. It was full of greenery and flowers all over and it is a really nice place to walk around. There are kids play room inside the villa and also outdoor play area. The 3 BHK villa + maid room was really spacious to accommodate 3 families, whereas the total occupancy of the hotel policy was not really supporting for 3 families, which they should consider increasing. Also the cost was very high, probably due to EID holiday.

Good for a silent vacation
It was a peaceful stay. Unfortunately there was a disturbance in my flat's fire alarm and then frequent power tripping in the kitchen. The bed was old which gave a body pain. Otherwise, the stay was good and the people were good in all means.

Amazing experience
Beautiful location and easy access , perfect property and clean, spacious appartements, availability of outdoor swimming pool which is good for kids as well as adults. Their restaurant has different options and tasty food. Very cooperative staff.

Improvement needed
Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a few things. The humidity in our room left the walls, floors and furniture damp, the staff efficiently moved us to a better air conditioned room. In that room the cooker gave me a electrical zap when I touched it, there was stains on the curtains and marks on the walls. The staff were all pleasant, helpful and friendly. Maintaince is not to be desired.

Room suited our purpose for this stay. Quiet. Situated on marina so access to beach is approx 1+km away. Staff friendly. No tea towel or dishwashing liquid to clean dishes. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Noisy, bugs, no washing machine and no gym!
Hotel advertised on Expedia with a gym. It does not have one. Supposed to be apartment hotel, but no washing machine for clothes. Hotel is infested with fruit flies.... we killed at least 50 in our room... and if you leave the door open, you get more. Noise was terrible.. in the morning the gardners with nosiy petrol engined machines to clear leaves.In the evening people playing football... YOu can hear every word.... Why? Windows fit and finishing is terrible.... you may as well leave it open.. Noise from main road 150 meters away.. You will not sleep unless you are a very heavy sleeper.....SOme staff were fantastic, some were terrible.... basically everything you ask for you ask for 3 or 4 times..... The manager is a ghost never saw him once, despite frequent complaints.... Be warned dont stay here!!!

Take your own food before you stay there or starve
The first hotel I had experienced in my entire life that does not provide food and beverages facility, I don't know how they are classified as luxury hotel, so late at night I had to drive 1 hour to look for any opened restaurant in town to get food since they are in an isolated location. they are unrealistically expensive compared to RAK life style and other hotel prices.

The room service for cleaning only comes when you request it, and sometimes you will have to request it several times before they do so. The bathroom space on the studio is kinda tight. The furnishing is clean.

Very nice in a quiet location
Very new nice apartments in a very quiet but nice location. Close to restaurants and I recommend the lovely Indian 5 minutes walk away. The apartment was clean and very airy, I would recommend this stay if your looking for a quiet comfortable getaway at a decent price.
