“Can't wait to go back”
Impressed by the cleanliness of hotel. The manager's reception was very nice as well as the breakfast buffet. The hotel was beautiful on the inside.

Pretty and great atmosphere, loved the breakfast! The only thing that could of been better was no children should be allowed in Jacuzzi and time limits on length of staying in the Jacuzzi to allow everyone the chance to enjoy.
“Quiet,clean, close to mall”
I travelled here for pleasure for the weekend, and slept quite soundly. Apparently there was a group of teenaged boys for a soccer tournament, but I heard nothing. All of the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful. Will definitely be staying here again.
“Amazing Stay”
I was visiting my nieces for the weekend, I arrived on Friday the 15th of April, the hotel was packed with a basketball tournament fir children between the ages of 10 and up, I wasn't hive the room requested, but was happy with the room I received...the stay was wonderful, the breakfast was amazing..,nothing I've ever experienced...I would recommend my family and friends stay there I truly enjoyed my stay...thank you for my stay, oh yeah the staff was great!!!!
“clean the pool”
I stay at this Embassy Suites often approx. 4-6times a year. I like everything about it except this time the pool was disgusting, The walls above the water level had green on it . This pool needed extensive cleaning , I do not believe this was something that just happened this took time to get in this shape. We sat in the hot tub and not one time did a employee walk in , not even to bring in towels.
“Very Good Hotel”
Great location if you are going to an event at the RBC center, short drive up Edwards Mills Road. Hotel is clean and very comfortable. Great breakfast and the nightly managers reception is a great deal.

I always appreciate the staff of Embassy Suites. At check in they helped our party find a nearby movie. The room was clean and comfortable.

Teenagers used the courtesey van to go to the mall while my husband and I attended a birthday party. Great breakfast!!!
“Convenient and Adequate”
Overall the hotel was good but there were a few things that could have used improvement. The hotel was a little dated and could have used some updateding in the atrium area. The 'buffett' breakfast isn't anything like that at all. You go to a cook and request your eggs to be cooked however you like them and then he serves your breakfast to you. You have no idea what they have because it's under a counter so you have to pretty much guess and it left a lot to be desired. Also, the pool area was TINY and extremely hot as there is a sunroom right off of the pool deck. Parking is a nightmare with small children but okay if you are traveling alone or as a couple. They have a parking deck but in order to gain access to the hotel from the deck you have to walk all the way to the elevator that gets you to the floor with a door that gets you into the hotel; THEN you have to trek to the interior elevator (there's only one) that takes you to your floor and pray that you aren't staying on the opposite side of the building from the elevator. Overall we were satisfied with our stay since we were just passing through but the elevator and b'fast issue would have eventually made me upset had we had to deal with it for an extended period of time.
