The hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful, but there a couple of things that one would like to consider before staying at this hotel. First of all the hotel restaurant didn’t have any vegetarian dishes, we’re offered some champions as a vegetarian dish, though it wasn’t on the menu. The main challenge was the distance to the Pletvice park, it is very far and there is no footpath to walk there. It was impossible to catch a bus, so the only option (if you happen to come there without your own car) is to take a taxi, and they will reap you off big time, each way will cost you 20 euros. It would be great if the hotel offers taxi services at affordable prices for their guests, but unfortunately they don’t.

Large clean rooms with a balcony that overlooks a beautiful view. Very comfortable beds. What stood out though were the staff who were some of the nicest people you’d meet. They definitely went above and beyond what I would expect and made the stay even more enjoyable. I wish I could have stayed their a few more days! Their onsite restaurant was also delicious and we were delightfully surprised. Everything was made in house and had the option for set meals.

Extraordinario, sin duda regresaríamos. Las instalaciones son de la mejor calidad. Cómodas, cuidan hasta el más mínimo detalle. La habitación muy amplia, lujosa, con balcón, áreas para guardar cosas. Materiales de calidad. Excelente restaurante. Cerca de los lagos Pletvice y de centro comercial. Personal muy amable!

Our stay was amazing. Close to the national park of Plitvice, located at the main road it was a hidden gem. Nice and modern design, great cuisine in the restaurant, amenities like gym, pool and sauna and super friendly staff. Despite being located at the main road you haven’t heard anything when the window was closed. Comfortable beds for the relaxing night. Go for it!

Noch nie so etwas erlebt
Der Empfang war freundlich, sowie die Bedienung. Leider war es das schon. Als wir am 2. Tag vom wandern zurück kamen freuten wir uns auf eine Dusche. Es waren keine Tücher da und der Blick ins Schlafzimmer, einfach Schock. Das Bett hat ausgeschaut, na ja (Siehe Bild). Nach der Reklamation kam eine Dame die nur Kroatisch sprach und wir uns nicht verstehen konnten. Wir hatten Tücher und konnten duschen. Auch nach wiederholter Reklamation ist nichts geschehen, auch nich auf meine Mail. Dieses Hotel hat 4 Sterne , das ist eine Schande. So etwas ist mir bei meinen vielen Reisen noch nie passiert. Das Management in diesem Hotel ist ganz einfach nicht fähig. Bitte besuchen sie dieses Hotel nicht, sie sollen merken das es so nicht geht.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, hotelkamer en badkamer ruim en netjes. Geboekt omdat rijafstand naar Plitvice meren kort is. Op 5 a 10 min afstand naar het park. Diner in het restaurant gehad, erg smaakvol! Teleurstellend was de airco die niet kouder kon dan 20 graden. Deze temperatuur wordt niet snel bereikt. Receptie doet suggestie de ramen open te zetten. Kan verder geen oplossing bieden. Helaas snel veel muggen in de kamer. Hottub defect en niet te gebruiken. Bijzonder in hoogseizoen lijkt mij. Zwembad verwarmd maar voelt niet goed schoongemaakt. Droge sauna prima, maar niet warmer dan 60 graden vanwege grote kier onder de deur. Douches in de spa goed maar lijken een renovatie nodig te hebben.

Cet hôtel est un charme. La chambre est style chalet, propre et spacieuse. Il est situé dans un petit village non loin du parc national de Plitvice. Le petit dejeuner de est simpliste mais bon. Les crêpes sont délicieuses. Il y a énormément de restaurants pour un petit village. Le restaurant sur place ferme très tôt mais on a découvert celui du camping Plitvice non loin qui est top et que je recommande fortement.

Bien placé, neuf,mais encore de travail en service
A proximité des lacs (+/-5km) hôtel neuf, chambre vaste et agréable. Sauf pour la douche équipée pour personnes à mobilité réduite, mais du voup, on ne peut pas se servir de ka douche, le siège ne pouvant pas s'escamoter. Pas de pente dans la douche, la salle de bain devient vite une pataugeoire. Bémol pour le service. Au restaurant, servi un vin madérisé ou ouvert depuis des mois et imbuvable, facturé malgré tout. Le ménage de la chambre ni fait, ni à faire. Lit juste tiré, voir la photo, savon pas remplacé. Heureusement que l'accueil était, lui agréable et prévenant. Un sauna et une piscine intérieure bien agréables après les marches sur les lacs. Dommage que le sauna n'ait pas été en service.
