The hotel it’s a great value centrally located. Their spa is not included and you have to pay a discounted rate for guests to enjoy the sauna etc. ( I think it should be included ) A small ( but pricey ) misunderstanding happened where they provided a card where you can taste wines from an automatic machine. The attendant said: “here is your card with $150 of credit to enjoy our wines” At check out we were charged for the wine we had. And they told us that it was not a credit but just a card to consume and to keep track of what you drink. Other than that a great option while staying in Tuscany.

Has potential
Slight Fawlty Towers like. Hotel is in a great location but sometimes you felt as if guests were an inconvenience. Limited eating options available in January. Bathroom was great. Bedroom was vast but dated. Would be great to have kettle/tea/coffee options in room. Spa is good but not immediately in hotel and not free to guests.

Fantastico. Wonderful little town of Radda. The underground cave pool with 45 min private time was inbeliveable. The views on a sides of town of the Tuscan countryside were amazing. 2 thumbs up.

A Tuscan gem
The room was spacious, with an amazing view and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was very good.

This is a hotel in the Center of a medival town you feel transported to another era. The view from the room was spectacular.The breakfast was very good and yhey heated the pool for us. Which was amazing. The staff very friendly and accommodating. Love it! We will be back here for sure.

It is a very beautiful hotel with a spacious room and a very nice balcony with a view. Very cute grotto pool. Close to many wineries. Staff was very welcoming.

Great location in the heart of Tuscany food amazing wine even better, the roads to drive around at night after a day at the wineries or in restaurants not the greatest, very far from any major highways, but than again during the day it was the best sceneries

Friendly and charming in the city Centre
Really enjoyed our stay here. The hospitality was amazing. Our room was really specious and very quaint. Loved that it overlooked one of the side streets. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace in the morning, and the hotel also allowed us to use the pool and one of its other hotels. The only thing is it’s not a conventional hotel, there’s no elevators etc. but that’s understandable, since you want the experience of an Italian villa. Also met the owner and he was really friendly.

The staff upgraded us for free which was cool, but the spa isnt on site and is very expensive. There was nothing in the minibar. Someone tried to enter the room at 7 in the morning. We were offered coffee but they charged us 26 for it, even though breakfast was included

Our Palace is in the center but you can arrive in front of the main entrance to pick up / off luggages and than you can park in our free parking about 150 meters from the hotel; usually we bring the luggages in the room so we apologize if in your case we didn’t help. Radda In Chianti was a pleasure.
Good trip to Radda. Staff was really helpful planning wineries and castles to visit and tour. Hotel restaurant staff and food were also top notch. Loved it. We visited in the off season so it was not busy but was still beautiful.

It is located in a beautiful place. It was a low season so they upgraded our room so we appreciated. We were in the second building and it was very quite in spite of there is a restaurant on the first (0) floor. Staffs are very nice! Room was spacious and comfortable. I will come back here. Hopefully in the near future.

It’s a wonderful hotel located right in heart of Radda in Chianti which is itself an amazing tiny town in ‘chiantishire’ around Siena. The hotel is wonderfully located in an ancient noble palace and it’s amazing the way the palace itself has been transformed in a beautiful and confortable hotel still maintaining its wonderful charme. Delightfully charming, chic, confortable.

TERRIBLE service by management
If you believe in good customer service, licensed massage therapist, quiet accommodations, and management who actually cares about your experience, then you need to avoid this place at all costs! This was absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had in over three decades of traveling the world. Avoid at all costs! For staff to get into a fight with a customer is laughable.

Amazing hospitality! Everyone at the reception went out of their way to meet all of our needs. We felt very welcome and comfortable. The room was amazing, on the ground floor and easily accessible with a stroller, like we asked. Absolutely loved staying there, would love to return!

Very Nice Hotel with Excellent Staff
Our room was huge with small kitchen and living room. The bathroom was very clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The Wifi was impossible to connect to in the living room and slow in our room. We did need to go downstairs in order to work (where the signal was fine) and the speed was a lot better. The shower also was hot for 5 minutes and then cold for 3 minutes and hot again.

Classic hotel in heart of Tuscany!
We loved our stay at Hotel Palazzo Leopoldo!! We stayed here during the winter time so it was the off season. I think our room was upgraded because it was very nice with a great view of Tuscany. The breakfast was great and we looked forward to the fresh eggs every morning. Definitely the best breakfast during our stay in Italy. The staff was so helpful in recommending the best restaurants in the area. They also arranged for flowers to be sent to our room per request from my boyfriend for my birthday. They went above and beyond for us and I will definitely stay here again.

Honeymoon in Florence!
The hotel was reasonably easy to find considering all the driving issues in Florence. They gave us a parking voucher for unloading our luggage at the hotel that would help us avoid the costly fines for driving in the wrong areas of Florence. I'd highly recommend you NOT drive at all in Florence. We had a wonderful location with helpful/friendly staff. The breakfast was huge and delicious! We were given a welcome glass of wine on the terrace accompanied by a light snack - very nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was a little hard but not too bad and they have a variety of pillows to choose from to maximize your comfort. Lots of storage and a fridge in the room.

The facility is in a beautiful location of Radda in Chianti. The views are to die for. The staff is super accomdating. The breakfast is ok. Lots of opinion to satisfy the pickiest eater(myself included). I stayed in the other building and it isn't old over 1,000 years told ...which is why the wifi is choppy. But fort the most part it worked. room 26 has an amazing shower!
