The hotel is located in the center, everything is close by from train station to shopping places. The staff are very friendly, we were welcomed with a smile all day long. The breakfast was fine. The only downside are the towels, it is time for them to be replaced. A big thank you to the whole team of staff who unsured us an amazing stay.

I stayed in second floor and they had a live band in the floor below my room which was a lobby that played very loud music till 4;30am in the morning. I complained in the morning but the staff was not helpful. I think I deserve some discount for the inconvenience.

This was a perfectly modern, excellent hotel option in Rabat. We found everything we were looking for: nice clean rooms, good food, good service and proximity to everything. Highly recommend to anyone who's visiting Rabat. They even had evening events in house and other recommendations which is rare in Morocco.

Excellent stay
Great location. Five minute walk to Main train station, tram and many restaurants. Main sites within walking distance. Staff consistently goes above and beyond and speaks English very well. Highly recommend.

Outdoor terrace and breakfast was a bonus to our spacious superior room. Great location and nice dinner option, which we took advantage of twice during our stay. Very relaxed vibe.

Mr. Hamza and the entire staff at the front desk were extremely helpful in arranging airport shuttle and local taxi service; as well as next day laundry service. They all spoke excellent English. Miss Azmah at the breakfast buffet was one of the most kind and warm people I’ve met. Really good experience. If the windows were left open, the street below produced a lot of noise late at night. Other than that, the experience at LePietri was awesome!

This place is great, service is wonderful
Restaurant was really, really good; the bed was good, the bath was good, and so was the balcony. Wonderful neighborhood for walks. Best of all was the service. The manager accompanied me himself to a money changer who I thought had short-changed me. Turned out he hadn’t, I had miscounted in my jet lag. The point is the hotel manager was willing to go to another business to straighten out my problem. I felt totally taken care of in this hotel. I definitely will return,

First morning staff in breakfast room very rude and unfriendly, after make official complaint to manager they changed their behaviour suddenly. Breakfast room is dark and make the morning start very badly.

Location, it is close to train station and many historical sites and landmarks. The hotel looks new and room is clean. The staff is friendly and ready to help. We arrived in the morning. The staff allowed us to put our luggage in the storage room free of charge. Some guests may consider the room is small but not for us since we spent most time sightseeing.

the room was neat and clean. The hotel advertised that it had air conditioning but even though it was very hot in February, they would not turn it on. We had to open the windows to cool down the room but then all the noise from the bar came into the room until late at night on the weekends. The breakfast was excellent and the young lady who worked there was kind. The front desk staff could be brusque.

This was ok for 1 night. Not sure that we'd go back. The sheets had an incredible bleach smell and the room smelled like disinfectant (even after we aired it out for several hours). I ended up sleeping on the coach in our room with a blanket because the sheets gave me a headache. I was really surprised when the hotel desk clerk chastised me for commenting on the bleach smell and for not coming to them the night before to request a room change. Bear in mind, we are really low key and not fussy travelers. I found this very surprising and my daughter thought he was very rude given the fact that I didn't initiate the conversation and he publicly called me out with his remarks. The breakfast was great and servers were very helpful. The hotel has a terrific location for a budget price. Remember to bring soap and/or shampoo. The bathroom has a soap dispenser on the wall like the kind you find in a public bathroom.
